The beach house with sea view is designed for a romantic holiday with plenty of space (50m2). From the large windows of the beach house you can admire the sea view directly from the bed. The sandy beach, hot tub and barrel sauna are only 40m away, from where you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the starry sky. In the dark, tree lighting in the garden offers a feast for the eyes. The beach house is a detached house, which is located on the same plot as the family's summer house, but no one lives there during the rental. Both houses are limited to a single private yard.

The cabin has a fireplace on the first floor and the second floor is used as a huge sleeping area. The place is in a peaceful garden area of Tallinn's Pirita region, about 20 minutes by bus or car from the city center and Old Town. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Pirita is known for its beach, forests, river, and yacht harbor all within 3-4 km. Nearby are the TV Tower with restaurant and a botanical garden, each a 10-minute walk. The house includes a garden, sauna, terrace with a hot tub, and parking for 4 cars. During stay guest will live alone in the house.
