These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. The cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, a shower and a composting toilet, as well as a nice outdoor toilet. Sea views both from the deck and the sofa in the living room, enjoy an incredible sunset sitting out late at night. Walking distance to nice sandy beach for swimming and barbecue. This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Welcome to this cozy cabin located in the heart of the High Coast. Mountains, bays and the sea make up a fantastic scenery. Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August 2027 only booking Sunday-Sunday.
