An der wohl schönsten Wohnlage der Landschaft Davos, steht die Villa Surlej. 1998 wurde die gesamte Liegenschaft umfassend und stilgerecht renoviert und ausgebaut. Das Haus verfügt insgesamt über drei Ferienwohnungen. Unter anderem das Apartment Lakeview mit 2 Schlafzimmer, einem grosszügigen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Küche, Wintergarten und Balkon. Alle Wohnungen wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, damit sich der Gast rundum wohl fühlt.

Das Haus liegt am Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos ist mit ÖV erreichbar. Es hat einen grossen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Schlafsofa und Holzofen. Das Bad hat WC und Dusche. Wasser aus eigener Quelle, Strom, Warmwasser sind vorhanden. Im OG hat es zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Haus eignet sich optimal für bis zu 7 Personen, es gehen jedoch auch 8. Im Winter parkiert man an der Strasse. Von dort sind es 150m auf einem Pfad bis zum Haus. Wenn es frisch geschneit hat ist es etwas beschwerlich.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Davos Platz, der Jakobson Bahn, der Bolgen Plaza. Ein Spar befindet sich gleich gegenüber, weitere diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop und Migros sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle ist ebenso gleich vor dem Haus, diverse Restaurants und Bars sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz Nr. BH2 in der Tiefgarage für einen PW von max 1800 kg Gesamtgewicht (im Preis inkl.).

Spacious Apartment with 6 beds.

The apartment is located in an apartment house in a quiet and sunny surrounding and is the perfect jumping-off point for alpine skiers, cross country skiers, hikers, bikers and also for congress guests. Next to the house you find the Bünda valley ski lift from the ski school, the cross country trails and well kept walking paths. The Parsenn station and the train station are in walking distance. The house offers underground parking. The apartment is handicapped accessible.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich, 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Terrasse mit Lounge-Möbeln, und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Amazing view: Davos Holidays

The 3 1/2 room apartment is on the 4th floor. It is modern, generously designed, newly renovated and newly furnished. In front of each room there is a balcony. From there, the view of the mountains is breathtaking. On the ground floor is a large indoor swimming pool. An outdoor parking space (No. 1 close to the main entrance) is included. The apartment is very conveniently located and yet very quiet. Suitable for business people as well as families with (small)children.

Welcome to our apartment in the center of Arosa. It is very quiet and sunny at the end of a cul-de-sac. The apartment is superbly furnished and offers comfortable space for 6 guests on 108 square meters. There is a cozy living and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a large balcony with a comfortable lounge, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets. Due to the good location in Arosa, the sun shines on the house for a long time.

Enjoy your stay in this beautiful 1.5 room apartment in Arosa. Mountain railways, shopping and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was completely newly expanded and furnished in the fall of 2022. Great emphasis has been placed on natural materials from the region. You will find Valser Quarzit in the bathroom, Verde Spluga as a cover in the kitchen and lots of fragrant pine wood from the Engadine.

5 sunny rooms on 120m2 in Elsewhere Our 5 room apartment in the apartment Haus Belmont with 40m2 balcony, convinces with many beds and great view. Each bedroom has two beds. 2x double bed and 2x twin beds. In the living room, an integrated daybed which can be converted into a full-fledged bed offers another sleeping place. The fully equipped kitchen connects to a nice dining area with little surprise.
