After a $250,000 energy efficient and designer finish re-build The Milette House is simply the finest place to stay in the Region. Located in the center of Preeceville ½ block off Main Street it is within 4 blocks of most of the Town’s restaurants, bars, churches, and community facilities … including Route 66 Snowmobile Trail and local Hiking - Skiing Trail. Private off-street parking is available for trailers and snow machines. Sorry, no children, this is a house for discerning adults.

One of a kind 5 star property. 3 NIGHT STAY MIN

Private acreage located on 3 quarter sections of wildlife lands only steps from the forest at the very north end of the road. A prime location for hunting, snowmobiling, quadding and just relaxation. There are trails available entering the forest to the north and groomed snowmobile trail only 2 miles south. This is a five star property with the 2nd floor area the master bedroom with ensuite, control 4 audio/video system throughout interior and extior, wifi and satellite tv. A true gem!!!

Perfect spot for your hunting, quadding, or fishing base, with snowmobiling in the winter. Make sure to visit the Pioneer Hotel restaurant on Saturday night for the best steak for miles around!
