If you are looking for parties and hustle and bustle, you are not in the right place. The most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in the area (Sehlendorf and Hohwacht) are a 15-minute drive away. Our beautiful little "village" consists of three houses. The overall impression is very harmonious and the coexistence with the neighbors is harmonious.

Idyllically located country house in the heart of Holstein Switzerland between Plön and Eutin. Highly equipped with outdoor pool (not heated, usable from approx. June to September). In the house is a Finnish sauna, with an associated relaxation room. The central point in the living room is the particularly large glass fireplace. A ping-pong table and table soccer are provided. The Tannenhof grounds are spacious, close to nature, and beautifully designed. Inside, everything feels warm and cozy – our holiday homes are lovingly furnished with attention to detail. Larch, beech, and poplar wood are the predominant natural materials used throughout the apartments and houses.

The charming little Kate can accommodate 2 people on 36 square meters of living space. Lovingly designed historic building on former half-timbered farm. Ground floor: living room, open kitchen and shower room. Top floor: bedroom for two people and gallery with another sleeping space. Fireplace for coziness and romance. Terrace and seating in the garden. Close to Neustadt i.H. and Grömitz. Only 3 km to the beach. Leisure activities in Lübecker Bay and Holstein Switzerland.

Kavalierhaus Gut Güldenstein - up to 19 people

The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with a pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.

Small thatched Frisian house, lovingly decorated and in a wonderful cul-de-sac location with 32 square meters of living space. Lake with large public swimming area 5 minutes walking distance. Ideal for singles, couples and families with slightly older children (staircase rather steep and no child safety gate available). Parking space right outside the front door. Garden and large sun terrace can be used if needed and in consultation. Shopping is 3 km away.

Kösterwohnung, close to Baltic Sea & Lake Selenter

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house, which probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 80 square metres – equipped with a cozy kitchenette, wood-burning stove, piano (slightly out of tune), and a private terrace. Vacation home "Altes Torhaus" - Gut Kletkamp

The Gatehouse (Torhaus) in Kletkamp was built in 1775 and, along with the many other gatehouses in Schleswig-Holstein, is one of the most beautiful in the country. In addition to the generous living space of 200 m², the half of the house on the waterfront offers a wonderful view of the oldest manor house in the country. The nearest beach is only 11 km from the accommodation and offers bathing fun as well as cozy restaurants with Nordic dishes.

Built in the 1920s as a cattle and pigsty, it was extensively renovated and designed in a rural style in 2005. It is optimally designed for 2 people, offers a lot of privacy and, especially due to the wood-burning stove, a particularly cozy atmosphere. Ideal for guests who appreciate a quiet private little house.
