Waterfront vacation rentals in Presidente Franco

Great apartment in Foz, it is an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and the bus terminal that takes you to the falls and the airport. The kitchen was so well equipped for a short stay, the air fryer made cooking super easy, there was coffee for the machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans. Everything was well organised for our arrival which made checking in with concierge a breeze. The apartment was clean and tidy and we were able to settle in quickly. It is quite a small space but it’s perfect for a few nights exploring the town and the falls!

A Renata super attentive, helpful and friendly. The exchange I had with her before she even arrived at the lodging was so good, that when we arrived at the apartment it seemed like we had known each other for a long time. The apt has a beautiful and admirable view, I could not see the sunset, but I saw the sunrise and it was beautiful. Township her super receptive and beautiful kitten... she was very nice to all of us, even super helped me with a small injury I had on my foot. It was simply amazing and Renata is a lovely person. I'll definitely come back more often.

Renata was an excellent host. Always very flexible and supportive in relation to our schedules, also indicated to us local services and reliable agencies. In addition, the apartment is beautiful, with a lovely view and always very neatly tidy. It was a very pleasant experience to stay at your residence and get to know a little more about Foz through the gaze of those who live in the city.

The place is beautiful, the pool saved us from the heat. The kitchen was complete and the room was very clean and with everything you need. It's about 15 minutes from downtown (walking). We used Uber a lot because it was cheap. We recommend Pátio Pomare for dinner. The only nice street to walk on is Avenida Brasil, the rest are not very nice. We confirm that it is a quiet neighborhood, you can walk quietly without fear. We recommend it!!

A casa is so beautiful, and nearby the National Park of Iguazu (just 10 minutes in Uber). The host Fabius is very friendly and shared with me useful information about the city. There’re many spaces in the house, even a little “forest &lake”, I felt like living in the tropical jungle 💚 and the little dog is so lovely, she even accompanied me during the sleep 🐶❤️

This is a beautiful historic large home that housed my family (5 + nanny), and our friends family (5) for over a week. The location is unbeatable. It's extremely private and peaceful and such a unique location being in a jungle on a calm river that borders Paraguay. Please expect to absolutely fall in love with morning and evening fires in the fireplace with the sounds and smells of the jungle. The staff is very helpful from making beds, cleaning bathrooms, helping with laundry (small fee) to driving us around to where we need to go (also small fee). The wifi here is pretty weak, but this absolutely is a 5 star location because we came here for the experience in a private jungle, not for internet we can get at home. The hotel restaurant is a short walk away and is 5 stars by itself. Please eat dinner there. The two local towns are good for basic groceries and produce. If you want to eat out, check out the main city by the falls. It's outstanding. We'd stay here again for sure!

Our experience was incredible! The Brisa is super sweet and the place is wonderful. It was worth it and we recommend without a doubt, you can rest assured that you will definitely enjoy.

Definitely a bit more rustic, but it was amazing to stay directly in a more tropical environment. Lots to do and explore on the property. Great community of people that come to spend time and cook with you and for you. Would recommend to anyone!

Great place close to everything. My dogs love the lawn patio. I recommend it.
