The bright and well-kept 45 m² non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the first floor of our house. Our large, certified natural garden invites you to relax. The edge of the forest and the starting point "Wanderbares Deutschland" are just a few minutes' walk away and the adventure playground for the little ones is also just 100 m away.

Casa Neugrua vacation home (Stockheim)

Our holiday home has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. There is a double bed in the bedroom (with a cot if required) and 2 single beds in the children's room. If required, a sofa bed in the living area offers space for at least one additional guest. From the living area with Swedish stove you can go directly into the fully equipped kitchen. A work area for a possible home office completes the offer. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine.

The Fichtenloft is a newly built, detached vacation home (living space of about 70 square meters) and the name says it all: The interior was lovingly and high-quality designed with local woods, among other things. The large, open, approx. 40 sqm living room has a "loft character." A wooden staircase leads up to the gallery. There is also the so-called "bird's nest" as a second romantic bedroom. The Fichtenloft is unique in some respects: You can relax wonderfully on a hammock.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. The loft-like apartment has a main room with sleeping area, freestanding bathtub and a shower in the stone! In the entrance area there is a dining area and kitchenette. The toilet with sink is housed in the former tower. Cities such as Bamberg, Bayreuth, Kronach, Kulmbach, Coburg & Bad Staffelstein can be reached within half an hour.

Unlike in the square rooms we are used to, the view can wander unhindered here. You feel welcome, protected and somehow immediately comfortable.
