Vacation rentals with beach access in Princeville

The area was absolutely gorgeous. You can watch the sunrise from the lanai which we did every morning. Even in February the house was warm, but we slept with all the windows open and our bedroom door to help with air circulation. The nearby hideaways beach is at the bottom of a steep paved path, but it was an easy walk we did a couple of times. The BBQ is at the bottom of the path so it's not really convenient for grilling and bringing food up to the house but you can eat at the picnictable there. The space felt mostly clean. The beach gear located in the guest closet was not organized and was pretty much thrown in there making it difficult to hang clothes. Also, no hand soaps in the house except one little bar in each bathroom and no supplies in the shower. I always prepare for that so bring your own toiletries and you'll be good to go. Overall it was a great place to stay!

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

We loved our stay! Super cute interior and felt like a hotel. Great location to explore the island and relax. Loved having a washer & dryer available! We appreciated the access to beach chairs/umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay here—it was perfect for our little family, including our baby! The location was amazing—peaceful, convenient, and just what we needed for a relaxing trip. The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the space a warm and cozy feel that made us feel right at home. Communication with Rozalynn was seamless from start to finish—they were responsive, kind, and made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great location for spending time in the north of the island but certainly easy to get to all other areas. Clean and comfortable space, nice decor, great having the walkout patio to enjoy the views. Loved having the Sealodge beach just down a jungle trail next to the place to go and explore. Market and restaurants just down the street. I would stay here again!

Fantastic location. Great resort. Alicja was wonderful and super responsive. Would recommend for all who want to take advantage of all of the activities/hikes in Princeville and Hanalei. Loved the small kitchenette stocked w an array of appliances. Would highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Clark’s place! He was a pleasure to deal with - always responsive, very professional, and attentive to details. The location is perfect both if you want to have a relaxed vacation and walk everywhere - the beach, Hanalei shops and restaurants - and if you want to explore Kauai’s north shore. The house is immersed in lush vegetation, and was very comfortable. We also met the owners, lovely people who live nearby and were prompt to come by to solve an issue we had with the WiFi. All in all, a great experience! We highly recommend the place, and hope to be back soon!

Dicle’s home was the perfect paradise in beautiful Princeville. We couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the house is, the space that we had (both inside and out) and how much we truly felt at home while visiting one of our favorite places to vacation as a family together. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Princeville. The space was perfect for our group of eight — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen was wonderful and made it easy to cook meals together, and the location was ideal for quick trips to Hanalei Bay and other nearby spots. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Laura was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The standout feature was definitely the lanai. We started each morning with coffee out there, enjoying the breeze, the sound of birds, and the ever-changing weather — from gentle rain to sudden downpours. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the lush surroundings. The ping pong table was a fun bonus and got plenty of use. This home was the perfect base for our trip and we’d absolutely stay again!

Devaki’s place is perfect for a laid back stay in Hanalei. It is less than a block to the beach and yet it’s private. It is larger than the photos would lead you to believe. She has everything you could possibly need to live like a local. Great view of the mountains and surrounded by a pretty garden. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four had an incredible stay at the Hibiscus House! The space itself was lovely - beautifully decorated and filled with light and cool ocean breezes! We especially enjoyed the lanai and primary suite. The beach gear and bikes were well organized and much appreciated! Location was excellent - so close to Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kilauea, and other great North Shore attractions. Amy was so friendly and proactive. Would 100% stay again!

Place was extemely beautiful and peaceful. Its located in HOA area so the no noise restrictions I actually didn’t mind. Besides hearing the roosters, it was completely quiet, you can literally see all the stars at night from this property. It has a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed having meals. The garage has everything we needed for the beach, including toys for my little one. The beds were actually very confortable. The laundry came in handy so we wouldn’t overpack. The hair drier actually didnt work but the host was quick and friendly on providing a new one. A hairdrier for me was a must since going to sleep with wet hair is a big no for me so I was grateful a new one was provided. Wifi worked great. Only downside was probably the ice machine being dirty and there is a camera in the backyard which i understand is for security reasons but sometimes you can feel watched, but the outdoor shower was something we enjoyed alot. I really loved this place and its location.

What an amazing place! 10min outside of Hanalei so it is quiet and peaceful. We loved going to bed and waking up to the ocean waves!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Natalie’s tastefully decorated house. She has included many thoughtful extras for her guests to make use of. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, and the location of this Airbnb is quite central to all the things that visitors would want to see on the north shore of Kauai. A big Foodland is very close by, so that was very convenient. Natalie was super helpful and thoughtful! 😀👍

I have to say the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, super cozy! It also looked out over the rain forest and could hear all the birds chirping and singing in the morning, along with a rooster crowing. Wonderful hike down to a nearby secluded beach that Liz had suggested was awesome. Absolutely beautiful area. We'd definitely stay there again.

Incredible view! Great kitchen. Great balcony and it was great having the beach stuff including snorkels. In room laundry was also great!

The host and rental were both amazing. The location was stunning. Incredible views and direct access to Hideaways Beach. Tons to do in the Hanalei / Princeville area. Tunnels beach was our favorite, but Hanalei Bay Beach Park was great too. Had some amazing eats across our stay. The rental itself was just like the photos, super clean, convenient, and perfect for my wife and I. Would 100% go back to the rental and the area.

Our stay here was great! The space was clean and beautiful. We loved the balcony, the birds were so pretty to listen to in the mornings. Bed was very comfortable and the AC was great! We cooked a lot of food here and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lee was super responsive to any questions we had and great to work with. Easy walk to hideaway beach and short drive to Hanalei. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time at the condo In Princeville. The turtle cave trailhead in the complex was so fun to hike down to and we saw 2 turtles there one morning! We also hiked down to Sealodge beach which was a couple of blocks away. It’s fabulous. We enjoyed the proximity to Hanalei Bay. The toiletries at the condo were nice- we loved the body wash. The kitchen is very well stocked with pans for cooking and cooking utensils. Finally, we loved the art hanging on the walls! Very local and fun!

The place is in pretty convenient location, very peaceful, quiet. The beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment) was very helpful. We had really comfortable stay!

Perfect stay! Anne's place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Appreciated the gigt of Hawaian coffee, we made this every morning. Bring your binoculars the view is hard to look away from. We spotted more whales and dolphins than we could count. We hope to be back and bring our kids. Thanks again Anne and George!
