The studio has a shower room, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Minutes from Emsworth train station with links to London , Portsmouth, Chichester. There is parking on our drive, max height 7ft, large cars can be tricky to park, no other parking allowed in development. We are 0.5 miles from the Village.

Thalassa - a habourside bolthole

Just a few steps from the beach, Thalassa is the perfect place to escape and relax. Enjoy walks from door around Chichester Harbour AONB, sailing, paddle-boarding and windsurfing, or an amble around nearby Emsworth or Bosham. Suited to families or individuals, Thalassa has two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and one with bunk beds and an optional third bed. A comfortable sitting room and dining area, with a well equipped kitchen leads to a secluded private garden, with patio area.

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Bosham (A) stylish en suite bedroom, self check in

We totally renovated our house a year or two ago and designed our purpose built self contained guest Annexe. The room is bright and light with an ensuite shower room and a SIMBA king size bed. There are a couple of easy chairs to relax in and a little table and chairs to eat/work a. There are no cooking facilities but there is a mini fridge, kettle and toaster and we supply tea, coffee, bread & milk. There is safe parking on our private drive right outside your entrance door.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

The Beehive- Beautiful garden room + breakfast

The perfect place for a short trip away. The Beehive is a quiet self contained double room with ensuite shower room, parking and separate guest entrance. Space to make drinks with a super quiet mini fridge/ nespresso machine/toaster and breakfast provided in the room. An ideal base for exploring the South Downs, Chichester & Portsmouth area. The Beehive catches the evening sun in the garden; perfect for relaxing in the hanging chair. Smart TV, fast wifi, key box entry.

In a beautiful hamlet between Emsworth and Chichester, The Gardeners is a short drive away from Bosham Harbour, Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs. You won’t struggle to find something to do, but if all you want to do is sit back & relax - it is perfect for that too.
