Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have created a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were mostly outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We enjoyed the week in Patresi very much!

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

Davide welcomed us into his little slice of paradise from where you could admire the beauty of Capoliberi overlooking the sea in absolute tranquility. We were located in a strategic point 10 minutes from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and not far from Porto Ferraio. The apartment was very well organized with spaces, bright, clean and equipped. We got to meet Davide personally, a sunny and exquisite person and together with his wife they really take care of making a vacation a very pleasant memory. What can I say, Isola D Elba is a real surprise!

Barbara is a very nice and good host. The island is highly recommended, green and clean. The apartment is centrally located and meets expectations. A great vacation, will come back anytime.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We had a great stay. Due to the fact that the house is located in a complex, you can use the various facilities (swimming pools, private beach ...) on the other hand, you have less private because the cottages are all built close to each other. Beautiful surroundings for mountain biking and hiking.

We stayed in 4 with children aged 9 and 12 in the second week of July 2024. The apartment is spacious and well maintained with private parking space. It has two terraces that offer a wonderful view, pleasant and usable even during the day. It is equipped with almost everything (it lacks a dishwasher and the oven is not working but not bad). The apartment is located in a very well maintained and pleasant complex to walk around and is very quiet. It has practically no sandy beaches (there is not a small pebble) but offers points on the rock one more beautiful than the other with fairly simple water entrance in the high water, these can be reached with 5 mini walk. The pools are very nice, especially the savory one and in both there are bars. Nearby by car in 10 minutes you can reach Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need. Cristina was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. Really good experience.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's apartment on Elba. The place is very nice and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We were particularly impressed by the pool, which is super well maintained and a real eye-catcher. The house itself is also in excellent condition and is obviously well maintained. Andrea as a host was always friendly and helpful. He was always on hand when needed and made us feel welcome. His commitment and care made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we give 5 out of 5 stars and can highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and beautiful time on Elba.

We had a great stay with a young child. The house is small but has a very good location (40 meters from the beach). Particularly commendable is the accommodation of the house. Children can walk around unattended without having to worry about them leaving. Another perk is an outdoor shower inside. So the sand remains outside of the house.

Highly recommended!! Wonderful house with a well-kept outdoor space, a wonder for moments of relaxation and dinners, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Really, everything is taken care in the smallest of details. Andrea the Host is available and attentive to all guest needs. We had a truly 5 star stay!!

We enjoyed the week at the place very much. It was very quiet. The natural beach is 10 seconds away and invites you to relax and also do water sports. Luigi was always approachable and friendly. He also approached us proactively and yet with restraint. The place was very clean and the café or restaurant next door was always friendly and a welcome change. The kitchen is not fully equipped, but perfectly adequate for the necessary vacation cooking. It is important to add that there are enough beach loungers, umbrellas, beach chairs and also boats to use in the accommodation.

Great house equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen is very well appointed. A large garden where the kids can play, plenty of play and beach stuff and the proximity to the sea, a very quiet stretch of beach, are absolute plus points! Also smooth communication. Absolutely recommended and we will be happy to come back!

The location is superb and the condo very comfortable. One can fall asleep in the (quite comfortable) bed with nothing to hear with the exception of the waves hitting the sandy beach. Kitchen is well equipped and even has a Nespresso machine for a real espresso. Dinner on the patio at sunset is simply put “spectacular” 🤩 The only downside has nothing to do with the house or the responsiveness of the hostess (which was amazing) but it has to do with the very narrow road that gets you from the main road to the house (and the beach). However, the stress of driving is well counter-balanced by the beauty of the location, once inside the house. Overall, 5 easy and well-deserved stars. The only “sad” day of the vacation was when we had to leave. Looking forward to going back.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

Stefano's little house is very original and delightful. You can see with how much love and enthusiasm the "former. Electric“house. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of light but also a lot of shade in summer. The terrace is wonderful for chilling and eating. Stefano is a great host with great response time to questions. Stefano greeted us personally and showed us the house and gave many tips. The location to the beach is under 50m, so super easy to reach. There are original beach bars with very good cuisine. My two adult daughters and I highly recommend Stefano's house. (Attention: there is no wifi, but the reception in and around the house is good if you have enough data volume, no problem!)

The photos don't make it, the house is beautiful and in a crazy location! Alessandra was very kind and helpful and Andrea was kind, helpful and friendly on the spot. Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front. Highly recommended Thanks Alessandra
