Vacation rentals with a firepit in Province of Alessandria

This is our second time coming back. The apartment is nice, cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. Being immersed in the vineyard conveys a sense of peace and relaxation. Renata is welcoming and always available to provide the most disparate information, and her wines are really great. Visit its cellar and listen to its history, you can't help but be passionate about it.

Wonderful accommodation in beautiful surroundings where there is no lack of natural beauty and fine restaurants . And you don't feel like going out, it's good to spend time in the two swimming pools in the garden. When we asked about renting bicycles or a good local restaurant, we received immediate and extensive information and there was always someone at the property who had tips. There were five of us and we all enjoyed the stay.

Ray was a very helpful and responsive host. The house is comfortable and well equipped.

We stayed at Simona and Gianluca’s place for a week with the whole family. And we had a marvelous holiday! The area, with its rolling hills and beautiful views is just magnificent. Moncalvo and the wider Monferrato region offer everything you need for a quiet, relaxing and extremely enjoyable time. The recommendations from Simona and Gianluca for things to do were just perfect! In particular we liked the aperitivo at sunset in front of the Castell’Alfero church while the kids were playing on the playground, followed by a delicious dinner at Osteria dell’Eremita. But there are many more villages, all with their own particular charm, to visit; you can hardly go wrong. The house in Castelmerlino is located in a beautiful and quiet area, only a short drive away from Moncalvo (we loved the Thursday market!). It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a carefree holiday. The garden, full of flowers and offering a splendid view, is just fantastic! Hope to be back one day!

In fifty minutes from Milan you are in a paradise: hills, vineyards and Casa Percivalle with a beautiful swimming pool just for you. Silence reigns supreme, only crickets. You feel free and at peace. The anticipation was great and it was definitely worth it! Max and Olga are super friendly, charming, helpful and child-friendly people. The house has a very nice atmosphere, it was a lot of fun to explore everything. Everything was pleasant in the living area and all other rooms and the house is very refreshing and not hot. The view of the vineyards from the bathroom or from the terrace or by the pool is spectacular. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to recharge your batteries and unwind then you have come to the right place. The pool is a mega highlight and remains unforgettable. The kids had so much fun in the pool and are already missing the good times. We also really took the super cute dogs to our hearts. All in all, indescribably beautiful, we will definitely be back. The French would say jadore. Be sure to try the delicious wine!!! Very happy about this beautiful and unique place! You will love the hosts.

We stayed in a charming house tucked away in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by untouched nature and absolute tranquility. It was exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for — peaceful, quiet, and restorative in every way. The setting was breathtaking: pristine landscapes stretched in every direction, with a beautiful, well-tended garden right outside our door. Without the distractions of the outside world, we spent our days simply enjoying each other’s company as a family.

Paul's stay was very pleasant for all of us (two adults, two children and two seniors). The house is located in a very nice area, quiet but a little secluded. In the village there is a well-stocked shop with everything but you have to have a means of transport to get there and get around. It has a large garden and car space. The house is tastefully furnished and very cared for, very clean and well equipped with every need. Phone communication with Paul was easy and clear. Some details not to be underestimated are the steep staircase to the bedrooms, the bathroom upstairs that has everything, but it's very narrow and the lack of the bidet. For the rest, it was very nice to discover the Monferrato area based in this house.
