The apartment is a delightful new three-room apartment, on the first and only floor with a private staircase, in a residence with an open pool with an exclusive large terrace, located in Desenzano del Garda in a quiet area. The 75 sqm house is bright , all the rooms have a French door equipped with a mosquito net with access to the large balcony with gate that closes it for the safety of your children. Spectacular view of the lake to the east and ten meters to one of the five pools . The apartment consists of a living room and kitchen equipped with everything with gas leaks, fire extinguisher, free Wi-Fi, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a bunk bed and a vanishing room, 1 meter and 90 centimeters long, a large bathroom with shower and bidet.
