Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Fermo

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially the incredible views from the house of the surrounding countryside... A peaceful place to wake up and to enjoy a glass of local wine in the evening. The house is very well designed with everything you need and more. The village is walkable and is a perfect example of medieval village. Would absolutely recommend!

We liked the stay in Pollenza, partly because of the very friendly host, Paolo. Amazing view over the Marche Hills, charming house with lots of character, but therefore very simple in terms of kitchen and bathroom. But the luxury of air conditioning, spacious rooms, large balcony and cozy garden. Nearby, there is much to do and the village of Pollenza is beautiful. Delightfully enjoyed a cup of coffee among the Italians, very friendly.

Wonderful vacation. The house is cared for and furnished with great taste and attention to detail. Clean and well equipped, it allowed us to spend a holiday in which we felt pampered. Everything was perfect Tania is a very kind host and ready to share useful information to make the most of your holiday in Torre di Palme and its surroundings. We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay! The spacious garden was a real highlight—my dog absolutely loved it and had so much space to play and relax. The location was also great, with easy access to the sea, which made our days even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I truly appreciated the comfort and charm of the place, and would definitely love to come back!

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

Our experience at "Sotto i Pini" was positive. Lovely place, quiet and full of charm. The place is well-kept, there's nothing missing, so we just have to worry about food. It is the right solution for those who want to combine sea and countryside, to also find moments of relaxation. Unique small note, since it was a hot summer, in the bedroom you can suffer a little, depending on the habits of each of us. Anyway, to try, also because Daniela is a perfect host and Roland is an efficient right arm.

We loved our stay in Villa de Castelletta, we were a group of friends traveling to Marche for a wedding and found the Villa as the perfect base to visit the region. Close to beautiful villages , so troubled by countrified and a short 15 min drive to the beach . The apartment is as beautiful as the photos, modern, spacious and incredibly comfortable. And of course special mention apart is the pool area, where we passed several hours per day in bliss. Cant recomendable it highly enough

Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at this property. It is clean and spacious and in a fantastic location close to all the amenities in Sarnano. We loved the open fire on an evening. The garden and games room kept my children occupied for hours. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a relaxing time in a beautiful area.

Beautiful surroundings and great views. Very lovely place to stay. The apartment was excellent, tidy and with all the amenities present. Nice places around the house to sit. The pool is lovely too. Bob and Ian welcomed us warmly and were always ready to answer questions. The pizza night was very cozy, also nice meeting other guests. In short: recommended!

Finally, after a long time of finding a welcome in the old way... How airbnb was originally from where you met the host in person and he hosted you in his home making you feel welcomed and comfortable. So it was for us Luigino and Lara, his wife, who pampered us by offering us their produce from the garden, filling the house with games for our two-year-old daughter, recommending places to visit, etc... We had a great time Highly recommended!!! They would name them superhost❤️

Micaela is a very attentive and helpful host. Any issues you encountered were resolved immediately. They rarely meet hosts like that. Upon our arrival we found everything we needed, including fresh groceries. The apartment is as described, very quiet and in a good location. In 10 minutes by car you reach the sea. Not wanting to use the car, there is a bus nearby that leads to both the sea and the city center. We plan to come back again.

Wonderful location and home - cozy and comfortable with a spectacular view. We were traveling for a wedding in the area with a large group and the home was perfect for the 8 of us, but could have easily fit more. The host was very easy to work with, and we used translate phone apps a lot as we did not speak much Italian. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Beautiful family vacation. The house is exactly as described, super clean and the welcome was excellent. At the top of a hill you can enjoy a fabulous view, wind that cools hot days, and shade areas near the pool. Everything is perfect!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

We had a great time at the big and beautiful house. Katja and her husband were very helpful and communication went great. There was even an air conditioner installed in the upper bedrooms, which gave us pleasant temperatures during the night. Overall the house is very well equipped and very suitable for a larger family. The old town of Montefiore is very easily accessible. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

Villa is beautiful and looks better than in the photos. The view of the surrounding area is breathtaking, it is a very quiet area. We relaxed a lot by the pool, the kitchen is fully equipped. Thank you Andy for all recommendations and good communication :) Definitely, it is worth to stay here 👍
