House and pool were super nice and as in the photos. Only the bald machines above the beds are no longer there and so the bedrooms are a little more simple. The amenities are Italian/nostalgic, which we liked very much. Big drawback: The description did not say that two of the four bedrooms and bathrooms on the 1st floor, virtually in separate apartments and these can only be reached via a separate staircase. The stairwell is around the house. For a family with children who cannot sleep alone on the floor, separate from the parents, so not suitable.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation is in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful landscapes and plenty of outdoor activities. The host, Claudio, is exceptional, very welcoming and attentive to every detail. Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts Always available from start to finish The property is well kept and looks like the photos Friendly and accommodating hosts, we were a group of 7 people made up of friends who provided us with their tavern and fireplace to have dinner together, making sure that there was everything we needed I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back

Andrea gave us a very personal and nice welcome. The apartment was atmospheric with candles, homemade on the table, a full breakfast buffet,- what more could you ask for? We got many tips for excursions and activities after we told about our plans. We felt right at home.

Gianetto is a restored house in the countryside. The house has the soul of its host, Marcello. It is a welcoming space. We were there in mid April for 3 nights, which was a bit cold but the fireplace made it very cozy. There are a few places within a 30 min drive radius that are worth exploring. Marcello had great recommendations of restaurants and things to do. He is also pet and child friendly. Overall, a memorable experience.
