Appartamento bellissimo, modernissimo, nuovissimo, luminoso, con tutti gli atrezzi tipo finestre, ingresso, cucina, bagno, aria condizionata di alta qualita. Zona tranquilla, non si sente niente, cio nonostante direttamente accanto alla piazza duomo. Giuliano e stato molto gentile, ci ha fatto dei consigli utili per dove mangiare bene.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Lage - echt optimal - diese ist unmittelbar beim Strand wo auch ein Spielplatz vorzufinden ist. Parkplatz ist auch im Quartier an der Straße knapp 50 m entfernt - bei der Anreise kann mann unmittelbar vor dem Hauseingang halten und gemütlich das Gepäck ausladen. Rose und Paulo sind top organisiert und sehr hilfsbereit, echt tolle Personen und TOP Gastgeber ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder - sicherlich in der Nebensaison, da die Gegend dann sehr entspannt ist.

Wir haben einige schöne Tage in Grado verbracht und uns in Manuelas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Manuela ist eine äußerst bemühte und nette Gastgeberin, sie war immer für uns erreichbar und ist extra vorbei gekommen, als wir Probleme mit dem Herd hatten. Sie reagiert sofort auf Nachrichten und ist sehr interessiert daran, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Die Wohnung liegt im achten Stockwerk und verfügt daher über einen großartigen Ausblick. Die Lage des Apartements ist günstig zwischen dem Bahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum gelegen, so ist beides fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Martina war reibungslos. Sie ist eine angenehme, hilfsbereite Person. Wir können Tina House vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Very nice place. Super clean and comfortable. Private parking. Nice place to stay with car to reach surrounding cities.

Silvia is a very good and kind host. She waited for us even if we checked in late. Her apartment is very cozy and close to the Trieste Airport. We would have enjoyed more the staying if the flight hadn’t been early in the morning. The surrounding is very peaceful and quiet.

Luca’s place was absolutely brilliant. Luca is super friendly and accommodating! The place itself is exactly as we expected from the pictures and was a perfect space for the two of us with our two dogs as they were able to play in the large garden. The additional facilities such as the laundry, gym equipment and BBQ were welcomed. The bathroom was spotless and shower was fantastic! We had such a lovely and relaxing stay with Luca’s place and would thoroughly recommend to anybody wishing to stay in the area. If we ever require accommodation in the area in future we will definitely re-book.

Hemos pasado una noche en la casa de Franca y hemos estado muy agusto. El espacio es acojedor y esta todo muy limpio y ordenado. Franca ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Nos ha encantado!

10 éve járunk vissza Grado-ba, ez a szállás felülmúlta várakozásainkat. Egy társasház 3. emeletén van a szállás, közvetlenül a kedvenc éttermünkkel (Il Panino) szemben, a belvárosban. Marina nagyon rövid időn belül válaszolt, a szállás elfoglalása gördülékenyen ment. A lakás nagyon tiszta, és mindennel fel van szerelve, ami a kikapcsolódáshoz kell. A parkolás nehézkes, de ez Grado jellemzője. Mindenképp visszatérő vendégek leszünk, ajánljuk Marina&Dario lakását.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato al di là delle nostre aspettative. Alloggio, host e posizione eccellente per i trasporti pubblici hanno reso la nostra breve vacanza piacevolissima, rilassante e ricca di stimoli culturali. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e siamo grate dell'ospitalità calorosa e professionale

Nette Wohnung mit sonnigem Balkon zum Frühstücken. Wir hatten leider öfter Regenwetter - da war die gut funktionierende Heizung sehr angenehm. Gut gelegen - nahe zu Strand, Therme, Spar und Wochenmarkt (Samstag)... Kurzer Spaziergang über die Strandpromenade in die Altstadt. Marco ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet hat. Danke, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :))

Check-in was a breeze! The host, Elaine, provided clear instructions, making it easy to find and access the property. The place was spotless and incredibly clean, just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The property had the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The neighborhood's felt safe and pleasant. Elaine was very friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Highly recommend staying here.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione fornita, pulito, ottimamente arredato e fornito di suppellettili. Vicino al centro ma in zona tranquilla e comoda ad ogni servizio. L'host ha inoltre fornito frigo e dispensa di una ricca e varia scelta di alimenti per la prima colazione. Assolutamente consigliato.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfreich und immer zuverlässig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war schön, hatte alles, war sauber und hatte darüberhinaus noch eine tolle Lage nahe am Meer. Wir können das Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen!

Such a nice Place. Clean, new flat. Big, cosy and with everything you need. Summer-Highlight for our three kids was the Pool in the Garden. Loretta and her Family are very kind and funny, she gave us many really good tipps for spots we can visit. Also good is the parking-slot next to the house. Perfect host.

Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen angereist. Im Vorfeld hatte es bereits Kommunikation via Chat zur Buchung und dem weiteren Vorgehen gegeben. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kinder (Teens) wollten nicht nach Hause. Der Pool im eingeschlossenen Gartenbereich ist von außen nicht sichtbar und ist einfach Mega. Man hat eine großzügige Spielwiese sowie Plätze um sich zurückzuziehen. Das Haus bietet alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt und ist klimatisiert. Bei der Ausstattung war alles funktionsfähig und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gegessen haben wir meist auswärts, daher haben wir die Küche auch nicht intensiv nutzen können. Allerdings war für das tägliche Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten alles vorhanden. Einkäufe erledigt man am Besten bei den Supermärkten in Lignano, ist alles unter 10 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder bei Aleksei buchen. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit und den Beitrag zum gelungenen Urlaub.

Siamo stati davvero bene. Il posto è ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dalle città nelezzo della campagna, l'appartamento dove stavamo era estremamente spazioso e funzionale e non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema. i proprietari sono persone molto gradevoli che ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro completo agio venendoci anche incontro di alcune cose. piscina ambiente strepitoso tenuta molto pulita e ordinata. Consiglio vivamente di provare questo posto.
