I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. After laying the sailingboat down into the water, we'll learn how to hoist the two sails (and their names), and we'll try to catch the wind to address to some of the most beautiful lake coast and well known villages: the famous Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio. We'll learn how to trim the sails, to helm the boat in function of the wind direction; and how to keep the fastest boat track in order to maximize wind pressure. We'll try to make a mooring at the buoy and at the quay. If the wind strength changes, we'll change the sails in order to let you understand how sailing safely. We'll learn how to recognize sky signals (bad weather coming, wind reinforcement, wind direction change). There will be also time to admire the gorgeous landscape, relax and dip into the water for a refreshing bath. It will be not a sailing teaching lesson (it is not the experience purpose): feeling the wind and learning what means the use of its force to move a boat in silence, without the use of any engine..... priceless. Other things to note Guests are required to know how to swim or float, and to have confidentiality with water. There is no danger of suffering from seasickness.

Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. Finally, we will eat pizza and drink some complimentary wine to celebrate life as Italians do. Other things to note Sorry, we can't provide gluten-free or vegan food. A unique experience which combines the discovery of the city of Lecco with a good hike in the mountains. We will start taking our first steps from the city center, exploring the typical alleys of the old town and the lakeside. After this we will be entering a dense forest, full of trees and flowers. We will follow the Monte Barro path which will take us to the scenic terrace of Pian Sciresa, where we will be able to admire high rocky mountains that plunge into a mirror lake, the wonderful Lake Como. You will be surprised to discover how easily local people have access to the mountains starting from downtown, finding themselves completely immersed in nature and then enjoying a spectacle to be admired. The trekking part includes a steep staircase, cobblestoned, and then an uphill dirt path, the difference in altitude is approximately 820 feet in less than 1 mile. Once we’ve reached our view point, we will be able to admire the beautiful eastern branch of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The view is worth the hike! The experience is a loop, we will end the walk in Malgrate, on the opposite shore of Lecco. Get ready to face a beautiful climb full of energy to enjoy a breathtaking view!

We’ll have a welcome drink on arrival, then we’ll put on our aprons, roll up our sleeves and get straight into the pasta- making. While the pasta rests, I’ll show you how to make a homemade ricotta type cheese for the ravioli filling. Afterwards, we’ll move on to the pesto, walnut and mushroom sauces, these are the sauces for the 3 Ligurian speciality dishes. -“ Mandilli di Sea” ( “ Silk Handkerchiefs”) -Lasagna type pasta with Pesto sauce. - “Pansotti alla Salsa di Noci “ - Ravioli with ricotta and spinach in a walnut sauce. -“ Taglierini ai Funghi” - Fine- cut tagliatelle in a tomato and wild mushroom sauce. The next next stage involves the “tirare la sfoglia” - (the rolling out of the pasta), the cutting, the filling and the shaping. You’ll learn 5 or 6 different pasta shapes. After we’ve prepared our trays of freshly made pasta, we’ll cook and eat the pasta dishes with a glass of wine around the the table and then to finish off, there’ll be a surprise sweet and a traditional italian moka coffee. You will be protagonists of a magic experience! Visit the most enchanting places on Lake Como from a new perspective on board a 38 foot sailboat with private skipper. We will meet at 6 pm at the jetty of picturesque Pescallo bay. after boarding we will sail to "tre Pini", hidden cliff of Bellagio, that looks so wild in the evening and will make you feel like in an island of Thailand. If you like we will stop for a swim and enjoy the lights of sunset light. There is an italian aperitif with local snacks and a nice bottle of Prosecco. We will sail along the coast towards the south in the shadow of Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, the waterfall of Fiumelatte then returned to the shore of Bellagio, you'll observe other fascinating villas and gardens hidden, unless you are on a boat. We will arrive down to the edge of the lake and walk a bit along the lakefront where the landscape becomes all close together. Here we will have the Lake and the mountains behind you. Half of the time we will be in the middle of the alleys and the other half by the lake. In all this time I will take photos of you, we will do some poses and some natural photos. I will explain how to pose to look as natural as possible. You will have the photos within a maximum of 7 days. I am a "Bellagino" and it is an honor for me to show you my town. Timeless photographs on the shores of Lake Como. The goal of this experience is to create a fantastic photoshoot among the glimpses of one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. We will start from Lido di Varenna and continue along the shore until we reach the outfall of Fiumelatte. I will tell you about the story of Brunate and give you some interesting suggestions to discover this small but precious paradise! At the top of the mountain we will enjoy an exclusive regional wine tasting with Andrea, an accredited Sommelier of the Italian Sommelier Association. With his passion and knowledge of Italian and local wine and of our territory, he will make us discover the incredible wine, food and cultural richness of the Lake of Como area. We will try 3 different wines produced in Lombardy (a white sparkling wine, a white and a red wine), which perfectly represent the rich terroir of the region. This exclusive wine tasting will be matched with a fine selection of Salumi&Formaggi produced by a very small farm located not far from Brunate. The view from the top of the mountain at sunset is something you will remember for a long time!

I welcome you to my home, a typical Lombard house made from a barn/wood-burning, a house furnished with grandma's furniture, which I gave a second life to by adding my personal touch. I'll make you a different bruschetta appetizer to socialize, then serve a plate of pesto lasagna with fresh homemade pasta. You'll have the opportunity to learn about pasta and I'll share my passion for local cuisine and traditions. We will close with a dessert, ideally with the typical urtadel of this area, or with one of my own cakes of the moment.

Hi, and welcome to Lake Como! I am glad to invite you to join my photo shoot in Varenna. It is one of the most romantic places around Lake Como. We will meet at the Duomo Square Varenna for a drink with a charming view and will create beautiful pictures of you around the nature and lake view. We will continue our tour, walking around the lake and exploring the tiny streets of Varenna. Our final location is a gelato store where we will stop for ice cream and create the most traditional pictures with Italian gelato around the lake and nature. It is one of the most beautiful towns around the Lake. Photo shoot in Varenna can be customized; I can help you with proposal ideas, engagement photos, or wedding photography to make your trip truly unforgettable with memorable pictures you will cherish forever.
