Mario and Yuliya was extremely welcoming and helpful when arriving. The place was clean and near the city center.

We received very good service, the reception was very tasty. Fabricio next to his son's company explained us with a high level of detail  his beautiful apartment. We included a rich bottle of wine to share and a great variety of Italian products for breakfast. The apartment is located with excellent comfort  and very spacious and very well distributed environments. The first night we presented problems with the pressure of the hot water and just let Fabrizio know his arrival was as soon as possible to solve the incident and we immediately resolved the situation. We had a great stay at Margherita's place. The views are spectacular. The home is very clean and has all of our needs. The hosts were very responsive and did a great job of informing us if we had questions that came up. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would love to come back.

Great two-story apartment with all the necessary comforts and private indoor parking. The sea is a 5-minute walk, and the building is very quiet.

During my two-week stay, I found Luca an exceptional host, always available, extremely attentive and caring and who makes empathy and human relationship their strength. The apartment is really impeccable, equipped with everything and with a welcome kit really beyond expectations and beyond the normal concept of welcome. The reserved parking space and bicycles available for beautiful walks in the beautiful surrounding green areas make Luca's apartment the ideal location for a nice stay. Experience to repeat, I highly recommend it!

Beautiful little corner of Paradise 25 minutes from Spezia where it is very easy to take the boat or train to reach the 5 Terres. Very well equipped accommodation in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery , ideal for resting in peace after the tourist flow of the 5 lands. Elisa is a very active and kind host! We were looking for a quiet place and close to everything. The place is beautiful and everything is accessible. The house is peaceful and great location. Plus, Alessandro is super reachable and open. We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

The apartment is very nice, well equipped. It is very quiet, there is a lot of nature around, easy access to public transportation. The apartment is close 20 minutes walk to pizzerias and supermarkets. I recommend it 100%😄.

Very tasteful and high-quality renovated stone house with garden, terraces and wonderful sea views. Thanks to the underfloor heating, it is also very pleasant in winter. You immediately feel welcome, also thanks to the warm welcome from Giada. We will be happy to come back!

Sabrina was very helpful and nice. Noone disturb us during we were enjoying the view from the common or our terrace. The sunset was beautiful from this apartman's terrace. Sabrina was so nice , she gave us a breakfast basket as well with a lot of cakes, sweetnesses and house eggs. We got a pasta with an italian meatsauce as well like a bolognese which we could make it at one night. They have a kind of shop as well where you can buy all of which you need a perfect romantic sunset programme (chocolates, cakes, fruits and wine or prosecco, etc) and the prices were very friendly... So, we will visit back soon :)

Every detail has been designed to offer maximum comfort, with everything you need at your fingertips. Private parking is priceless convenience, especially for those arriving by car. Casper is an impeccable host: accurate, helpful and attentive. He provided us with valuable tips about the surroundings and guided us with great clarity at check-in, making everything extremely simple. An experience to repeat!

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

Tommaso, son of Deborah, welcomed us in a very friendly way. Our messages were always responded to quickly. The location of the apartment was very good and so was the apartment itself. Only Wi-Fi and blinds in the bedroom could be improved. Otherwise great, thanks.

Fantastic location in a delightful town.

First, friendly hosts and consistent information. We were made to feel very welcome. We're so grateful for this stay. Very cozy house, as described. Train station nearby, as well as a supermarket. Local shops and cafes too. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, very good television, bathroom too, and a date of cleaning products. There was still a supply of water bottles and other things that we enjoyed, and we wanted to contribute with € and they very politely said they didn't want anything in return. Very polite people, really. We highly recommend this place! We also highly recommend this space for those wishing to visit Cinque Terre. Everything is very accessible. All the best to these people.

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!
