Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Massa and Carrara

I absolutely love this apartment...and La Spezia! Silvio is a great host, very responsive and flexible. My booking was last minute during the holidays and he was quick to respond to questions and just very helpful overall. I spent new year's eve here and caught glimpses of fireworks safely from the comfort of the cute balcony. The apartment is also centrally located, fully-equipped for short or long stays, and is walking distance to everything. It's well-connected to other towns in the area with public transport, even during Christmas! I really enjoyed my time discovering this surprising city on the gulf of poets and would highly recommend staying here. Grazie mille and hope to stay here again!

Directions were easy, place was clean, quiet and great location

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The hosts were simply amazing—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. The town elevator was out of service, they came downstairs to help me with my heavy luggage, which I deeply appreciated. They also gave me a super detailed and friendly tour of the house, which made me feel instantly at home. When I accidentally broke a cup and offered to pay for it, they wouldn’t even let me, and instead told me not to worry at all. The place itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and full of charm. Of course, the scenary is absolutely beautiful. I truly felt cared for from beginning to end. I can't recommend this place and these wonderful hosts enough!

Location was great, room was clean

Our holiday in Campiglia was really very nice. The apartment was furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. There was really nothing missing. However, I wish there were covers for the duvets. But otherwise everything was great. In about 30 minutes you are on a very quiet stone beach. However, moderate fitness is required here. Perfect for people who like to hike. By bus, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the train station in la spezia , where all trains go towards Cinque Terre. However, the bus only runs in the afternoon on Sundays. But the people in the village are very helpful, an older couple took us down to La Spezia. Our favorite was the garden from which could look to the sea and the restaurant Piccoloblu, where you can eat and drink very well and inexpensively. Giulia was very helpful and we were picked up right at the bus stop. Even a later check out was no problem. I'll gladly come back. 😊

We stayed with Eugen for 5 nights and it was all great! The apartment was really clean, everything important was available and the communication was impeccable :) a small highlight was a cooking evening in the outdoor kitchen, with Italian dishes and organized and hosted by Eugen. In addition, we were helped with a fine ticket because we drove onto the highway without a ticket. Since we do not speak Italian, it was difficult for us to act here and this was practically taken away from us. This is not a matter of course and underlines the hospitality for us once again. We will be happy to come back!!

We can truly recommend this place. It’s rare to find this level of quality in Italy. We loved spending our afternoons enjoying the beautiful view and the balcony. Brian was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you so much!

Great place very clean, functional with a private space to park the car. Perfect geographical location for visiting the region. Only small downside away from the station on foot. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Everything is great! Particularly noteworthy: * Answers to questions via Airbnb chat typically came within minutes. * There were plenty of dishes and cutlery, so not as often, 4 plates, 3 cups and 2 wine glasses, but plenty of everything so that you could fill the dishwasher. * Absolutely quiet area in a neighborhood with very large grounds (partly undeveloped) and many pine trees, a short distance from the (free) beach.

A truly restful and comfortable stay, but at the same time close to all amenities… It is also uniquely beautiful, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. It is equipped with ample space both indoors and outdoors with a lot of greenery perfectly kept and maintained with discretion… Equipped with everything necessary and not... perfectly clean and usable... what can I say... a real paradise managed by Unique People, Very Good at Everything and always Kind and Available... This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Host was responding within minutes: helping us get into the place, directions, and even recommending food spots as well as luggage storage when asked. She was so kind and truly cared about us as guests to make sure we had a good time. The location is beautiful, and the room was immaculately cleaned and tidy, making our stay amazing in Cinque Terre. She provided videos of how to locate the building as well as how to unlock the door. The room is easily walkable to restaurants and the bus stop. The breakfast that was included was AMAZING and really made our stay memorable. We will never forget Cinque Terre and Daniele!!!!!!!

Giacomo and his lovely family welcomed me and made me feel at home. Still giving me privacy. I couldn't have asked for a warmer experience for my first weeks in Italy. It would be a pleasure to return.

I spent a week with my family in Mario's house. If I could, I would give 10 as a vote for everything! Warm welcome from Mario's family with Bruno, Maura,Gianni and Roberta who made us feel at home(even with welcome products). Every day we had long chats with them and my two girls played with chickens and their dog Fiamma. The house is perfect...large and equipped with everything you need to spend a holiday. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen,two bathrooms...the house is one km from the highway exit and is a strategic point to visit Spezia,the 5 Terre, Pisa,Genoa and many other beautiful villages and is a short walk from a Conad supermarket... I recommend this place to everyone and I hope to be able to come back one day. Warm thanks to Mario and his beautiful family!

We felt right at home! Such a lovely Airbnb. It was clean, cozy and well decorated. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and Enrica was so helpful and accommodating. Also it was great having the bakery and the store right below us and the bus stop was just a short walk! 10/10

I booked this Airbnb for my kids and parents to enjoy a family vacation together, and they couldn't have been happier. They found the house spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and equipped with everything they needed. They were pleasantly surprised, as the house is even better in person than in the photos. Property located in a quiet village where you can easily reach the hiking itineraries in the Apuan Alps and some areas of particular historical artistic interest. Although it is located next to the train station, there was no disturbance during the passage of trains. Parking space not far from the property with bar and supermarket 100 meters away. Cozy, clean and comfortable interior. The host Monica was very punctual in details making it easy to use the main comforts of home. Great experience!

Beautiful house completely immersed in nature, in the evening there is a beautiful view of the stars! (If the sky is clear and allows it) really breathtaking views! I'll definitely be back thissummer!

The apartment is spacious and well furnished, with a modern and cozy decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to prepare some meals during the stay. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean and fresh.
