The apartment is on the raised floor of a small residential complex surrounded by a garden; it consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom, veranda, parking and barbecue available in the garden. The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed that can be used to accommodate an extra person in case of need. It is rented for a minimum period of five days.
