Townhome vacation rentals in Province of Nuoro

Wir haben uns im Haus von Loredana sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide Apartments sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist ca. 1 km von der Unterkunft entfernt. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Hotel, des Öfteren hat man laute Musik gehört vom Animationsteam des Hotels was uns jedoch nicht störte.

Hemos estado muy agusto en esta pequeña casa. Con todo lo justo y necesario para sentirnos comodos. Esta ubicada en un pequeño pueblo en la montaña con vistas al mar. Cerca del mar y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Si volvieramos por la zona repetiriamos sin duda!

Le logement de Giulia est encore plus agréable que la description et plus beau que les photos! 2 semaines magnifiques pour nous La plage est accessible à vélo - un peu loin à pied avec un enfant jeune. Nous avons adoré les restaurants de la ville ( et des autres villes aussi…) Les voisins de gauche ont été agréables avec nous. Notre fille a joué avec leur fille Mia tous les soirs malgré la barrière de la langue, elle était ravie! Le logement est frais même s’il fait 35 degré dehors ( même sans la climatisation) Nous avons nourri des mignons petits chats devant le logement (sur proposition de Giulia bien entendu) Seul bémol ? Je ne suis pas certaine d’avoir maitrisé toutes les subtilités des poubelles et le lit un peu mou selon notre préférence. Bref 2 semaines de vacances uniquement positives et le logement de Giulia était parfait pour nous! Merci beaucoup !!!

Gute Lage um Ausflüge zu machen und die Gegend zu erkunden, leider etwas lauter, da an der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Großer gepflasterter Garten mit Kräutern und einer tollen Außendusche. Gut ausgestattet. Bei Problemen (bei uns war aufgrund der Dürre das Wasser weg) hat Francesca sofort geholfen. Auf jeden Fall ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Vi er lige kommet hjem fra Monicas dejlige hus ved Tertenia Beach. Vi har nydt den dejlige udsigt og den ro stedet har. Samtidig har Monica været behjælpelig og hurtig kommet med en ny gasflaske, da den gamle ikke havde mere gas. Huset er i fin stand og meget rent. Vi nød specielt den udendørs bruser, hvor vi kunne blive skyllet efter strandturene samtidig med en fantastisk udsigt over middelhavet. Det bør nævnes at Zinnibiri ligger et sted hvor det er nødvendigt med en bil for at komme til strand, indkøb, restauranter med mere. Tak for nogle dejlige dage i Monicas hus.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

The flat is very stylish and comfortable, with a beautiful view on the mountains. The balcony in particular is really relaxing. The property is a little close to a main road, but unless one wants absolute quiet the noise is never an issue (and can only be heard outside on the balcony). I would recommend that anyone staying in this property have a car at their disposal; although it is close to the village center, it's located on top of a hill, which can be a bit tiring when carrying groceries. Overall a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay!

Abbiamo trascorso la settimana più calda dell'anno nell'alloggio di Luisa: nonostante l'assenza dell'aria condizionata, la presenza di due efficienti ventilatori ci ha consentito di dormire bene e di vivere confortevolmente la vacanza. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al mare e la presenza della pineta; le spiagge a sud del villaggio sono ottime se si cerca tranquillità e pulizia. La zona è molto rilassante, adatta a chi cerca pace; viceversa, essendo lontana dai centri abitati non si presta alla vita mondana, a meno che non si sia disposti a muoversi sempre con l'auto. Tutto sommato però un'ottima esperienza

Ottima esperienza a casa di Elena e dell’amica Francesca che gestisce in check in/ out. La comunicazione è stata perfetta sin dalla prenotazione e la casa è stata perfetta per 4 persone e il nostro cane. La posizione perfetta per raggiungere con la macchi le stupende spiagge della zona. A piedi si raggiunge porto Frailis. Molto bella anche se si popola presto. Basaura la nostra preferita. Spazi infiniti e tranquillità. Non posso che consigliare la casa di Elena che rispecchia esattamente le aspettative. La mancanza dell’aria condizionata non è stato un problema. Le camere al primo piano sono molto arieggiate. Sehr schön mitten in Taunaunella gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einem super Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung an sich ist super ausgestattet und perfekt geeignet für Familien. In einem Radius von ca. 20km sind sehr viele wunderschöne Strände zu gelegen und mehrere Supermärkte sind in Budoni vorhanden (ca. 3km) Francesco als Gastgeber ist ein super Host..Immer zu erreichen, proaktiv und super hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur witerempfehlen.

Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w tym miejscu. Dom jest na uboczu na terenie kompleksu domków. Basen przynależy do 3 segmentów. Jak my byliśmy to była jeszcze jedna rodzina ale w ogóle sobie nie przeszkadzaliśmy. Fabio przygotował dom pod każdym względem. Na przywitanie wodą przekąski czy nawet zimne piwo. Leżaki zabawki do wody itp. W domu też jest wszystko jak ekspres do kawy na kapsułki kuchnia zmywarka pralka. Wraz z chemią do obsługi. Niczego mam nie brakowało. Gospodarz polecił nam fajne miejsca do plażowania , zwiedzania oraz restauracje. Cały czas mieliśmy kontakt z gospodarzem i mogliśmy o wszystko dopytać. Dom jest przestronny i wygodny, klima działa bardzo dobrze. Jest taras na zewnątrz. Dom ma już swoje lata ale wszystko działa bez problemu. Gospodarz zadbał o wszystko do wygodnego użytkowania. Podczas naszego pobytu było wyjątkowo gorąco i trwa wokół basenu już nie była taka zielona ale z siłami natury nie wygramy. To dobre miejsce do explorowania Sardynii.

Maison bien équipée, et très propre à l’arrivée. Federica est très réactive, nous avons pu rajouter une nuit supplémentaire à la dernière minute suite à un souci de véhicule. La voisine, qui nous attendait à l’arrivée est très accueillante et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils La vue extérieure est magnifique C’est très paisible Dans les environs vous trouverez quelques jolies plages et restaurants Toutefois la maison ainsi que la ville en elle même sont assez reculées, vous n’aurez pas de grands supermarchés, de magasins ou foules d’activités balnéaires à proximité Prévoir d’arriver avec de l’eau et des courses Annonce fidèle à la description Nous recommandons

Host reattivi nel rispondere e precisi, appartamento ottimo per trascorrerenle vacanze, riservato e silenzioso ma in una posizione strategica per potersi spostare velocemente. Climatizzato, si dorme bene. Aggiungo un dettaglio che ci ha stupito: nel mentre che si prepara la cena dalle vetrate di ingresso si può ammirare Tavolara al tramonto. Spettacolo
