Beachfront villa, 20 m., on one level. Three bedrooms, large bathroom with bathtub with glass wall to be able to comfortably shower plus other bathroom/laundry. Large living room with fireplace for the winter periods and dining room. Kitchen equipped with everything. The living room from on a large terrace, facing the sea, equipped with sun loungers, large umbrella, table and chairs. In front of the house we find the paved terracotta garden from which you can access a dirt road that leads directly to the beach below the house. In the garden there is a portable barbecue and a large outdoor shower. The garden has floor lighting that can be walked on for dinner in the evening. The house has just been renovated. Unique view.

My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154.
