The Villa is on a promontory above the beautiful blue Golfo di Policastro , just a few minutes walk down to Porticello beach. It is surrounded by luscious vegetation and private garden space. Acquafredda, is a little hamlet just 8 km from Maratea old town. You’ll love my place because of the peace and tranquility, our patio, the abundance of nature, the remoteness and the wonderful beaches. Of course our house is also wonderfully comfortable !. It is perfect for couples and families

The Roses' House- scenic 1 min from downtown

The Roses' House - La casa delle rose (panoramic and in the city center with parking space). The Rose House is bright and spacious despite being in the city center. The open plan lounge/living area has a nice panoramic veranda while the kitchen has a balcony where you can have breakfast or have meals outdoors when the weather allows. There is the possibility of parking in the condominium area (even if the places are not assigned) so as to turn the region but the center is only 1min.

My accommodation is close to the Marine Park of Masseta with great views; just 8 minutes drive from the port of Scario, 15 minutes from Sapri the City of the famous Gleaner, 20 minutes from the picturesque caves of Morigerati and the Waterfall of the Hair of Venus. It is located in the countryside, in a panoramic and quiet place, outside the town, with private parking and large garden. The type of accommodation is suitable for couples, families with children and groups of friends.

La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.
