CASA IRMA Prato city center convenient for Florence

Welcome!!! Entering Irma's house, there is a closet and coat rack. The bathroom is a little dated. There is a laundry room (shared) €5 per wash including: products, washing machine, drying rack and dryer (in winter). The main room has a loft with a French bed. Steep stairs! You can't stand up on the top. Below is a sofa/bed and TV cabinet. You go into the kitchen, with the gas stove. On the terrace (shared) you can stay on a sofa table, armchairs and hammock (not in winter). Thank you!

Entire apartment that can accommodate families. Equipped with full kitchen and TV in the living room. A strong point is the proximity to the center of Prato, about 15 minutes on foot and less than 10 by car. The bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. The nearest train station is Serraglio, about 15/20 minutes walk. From this you can reach the central station of Florence in 20 or 30 minutes, depending on the trains. Living nearby, we are always available in case of any eventuality.

Apartment with two wide and bright bedrooms: a twin/double, and a living room with sofa bed (it's a 200 x 140 cm bed, not a double bed). Super fast Wi-Fi, free and unlimited; smoking balcony. Very close to airport and motorway; 25" by bus/tramway from the main station and the heart of Florence. The apartment is in Florence’s environmental ZTL, closed to the most polluting vehicles (Euro 0–1 petrol and diesel, older motorcycles/mopeds). The gate is about 200 m away.

La stazione è a 15 metri quindi gli ospiti amano visitare la Toscana partendo proprio da qui, e, nonostante il mio loft sia proprio di fronte alla Stazione, e’ super silenzioso ed ha un giardino interno sul retro. Davanti al loft c’è un parcheggio privato sotterraneo sorvegliato 24 h, che la notte - dalle 17:30 alle 8:00 - costa solo 1 euro e quindi molto comodo per chi viaggia in auto o moto
