Located on the top floor of the villa, this Penthouse Premier Suite Apartment with air conditioning welcomes you in a living/dining room with a characteristic white wooden beamed ceiling and a fully equipped kitchen. It boasts 3 arcade windows and 4 further windows overlooking the lake. The elegant bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a multifunction shower cabin complete with steam bath, chromotherapy and radio. The suite faces a panoramic balcony of 12 sqm. with arcades.

We offer three sunny double bedrooms and one bathroom (no kitchen), ideal for a family or group of friends, maximum 6 people. All rooms have beautiful views. A delicious, appetizing breakfast is served outside on the terrace, free of charge. The private unit lies on the upper floor of our vacation house in the quaint little town of Belgirate (population 484). The host Matteo (born in Milan, 1960) and his American wife reside downstairs during the hosting season.

The breakfast room is also equipped with a balcony, a fridge and a microwave. Possibility of shelter for bicycles. Animals are welcome. Central location for the services offered by the neighborhood: parking, bus stop, bars, restaurants and various shops.

From the toilet, the bathroom has a comfortable shower.
