Giuseppe und Rita were very nice and helpful. There was coffee, tea and water abailable. we were happy with the accomodation.

Overall good micro and macro location. Verbania can be reached in ten minutes and also to Como it is only about an hour. Recommended-

Excellent address to recommend, spacious accommodation with beautiful shaded terrace, very good bedding, impeccable bathroom, cool room despite the 40 degrees (very appreciated). Located 10 minutes from the beach and the pier for Orta. And most importantly, a very hearty, sweet, savory breakfast with fresh produce. Allessandra takes the trouble of making different cakes every day. Finally, what is most noticeable to us is Allessandra's welcome: very warm, very friendly, multiplying the attention to hosts, valuable tips for restaurants. Allessandra is more than available to make your stay perfect. Our stay at Allessandra's was perfect. We highly recommend this address.

We had a wonderful stay at Giordanno and Fiona's villa! The apartment is ultra bright with all amenities and a wonderful lake view! Giordanno was very friendly, attentive to the welcome of our baby and very available to advise us on the good places nearby. We really recommend it!

Everything was perfect. The host was always available and quick to respond. He also gave us so many tips. The studio is small but really complete with everything. All new ! Convenient location and great view. Recommended!

Very nice little well renovated studio! Very authentic place, accessible through the small alleyways that make all the charm of Pallanza and its region 🧡 Just two large street lamps on overnight and despite the opaque roller blinds (interior), light comes in and could inconvenience people who are sensitive to this! Antonella welcomed us very warmly with a smile and great recommendations. A big thank you for the welcome. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean, well equipped and quiet in a pleasant garden. Commerce is a 4-minute walk away. The lake is 10 minutes away. La dolce Vita. We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful little village with beautiful walks to do around on foot. Beautiful Lake Orta is an hour and a half away and Biella is 20 minutes away. Beautiful scenery. Philippe is very welcoming and has good tips for things to see and restaurants. The osteria/pizzeria La Tavernetta is worth trying. Listing as described. The road can be a little busy at night.

Super and centrally located in Pella, everything within minutes walking distance, so top location. Great to park at the house, entrance via pin code super comfortable. Host received us upon arrival and clarified questions. There were five of us and we had everything you need. In the fall it was generally warm enough in the house, if it is not sufficient you can heat up a bit via the air conditioning if necessary. Totally fine with us. Maybe you could think about a few more appliances (toaster?) or a few more modern furniture (some cabinets don't close so well anymore...) and overall sufficient for a few days of vacation.

Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartment. The small balcony and especially the small, enclosed single garage for our motorcycles were again extra plus points. The Communication with Edoardo was very good and completely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

Bolzano N. was a great base for exploring the region of the lakes. Very friendly welcome by Cristiana's parents. They were very helpful and at the same time very discreet.

The accommodation is as described and very clean, in a quiet environment. We exchanged throughout our stay with Donatella, Alberto's mom, who was very available, attentive to our needs and full of nice touches. In addition, Donatella gave us good places to eat! In short, a property to recommend without so much as a second thought for the quality of the services, but also the kindness and availability of the hosts. In addition, the area is great. Lots to do within a short drive (essential).

Very nice and comfortable house. Beautifully restored with lovely Italian furniture and all the amenities. Great kitchen. 2 nice porches, one with a beautiful lake view. Cristian's father was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in the autumn - off season and it was ideally peaceful. Highly recommended.

What to say, the farmhouse has been restored with attention to all details, tastefully furnished and accessible even to guests with mobility difficulties... it has a super well-equipped kitchen, clean and cozy... fireplaces and Christmas decorations have made the environment really warm. Excellent place out in the woods and nature

The property is located in a bucolic area, very pleasant and relaxing. The place is small, but practical and has beautiful views of the garden. We especially enjoyed homemade bread and jam and chicken eggs. The host is very courteous and explained some things about the place; we would have liked to stop again to let us tell us much more about the woods, of which Paolo is an expert. The geese, the dog, and the tender kitten gave us moments of carefree!

Adelaide was immediately a great host, kind and available to any request I made, a more than positive experience!
