We can’t think of a better place to enjoy Dubrovnik from than Mateo’s. It is a lovely cottage situated right on a harbour just south of the City. The property has a pier on the water which can be used for swimming and sunbathing. It also has multiple decks that provide all day sun access. The property marks the beginning of a wonderful pedestrian promenade that goes along the scenic outskirts of Dubrovnik. This featured many lovely beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants. The property is also near grocery stores and features private parking (although we did not find a need to use the car while in Dubrovnik. The unit was cool and comfortable and featured all reasonably expected amenities. Mateo was a gem! Helpful, pleasant, informative and very interesting to chat with. He also generously provided some delicious homemade brandy and a couple much appreciated cold beer on our arrival. We are grateful for Mateo’s hospitality and hope to return at some point in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment on the seafront. Our friendly host facilitated an early check-in and welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is comfortable, clean and perfectly located to gaze at the sea, jump in for a swim or wander into the old town within minutes. A perfect stay!

Wir waren zu zweit einige Tage in diesem wunderbaren Apartment. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt am Apartment parken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, mit allem was man sich wünscht ausgestattet und alles wie beschrieben. Es ist in Realität viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit Filip und seiner Mama war prima. Der Strand und das blaue Meer vor dem Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Great place to stay Ana responded promptly to any messages - Spotlessly clean . Great view over the harbour . Easy to walk to the old town or to the harbour for boat cruises to the islands . Recommend 100%

We had an excellent stay at Petra's appartment. We (family with 2 teenagers) had a nice week with sun but sometimes Rain. That was okay because the appartment was a good place to stay. Good beds, great shower, Netflix and very tasteful interior. Wifi was good. Petra was Quick to respond to our questions through airbnb messages, a top host! We went to the bakery every every other morning or we used the oven to heat up the bread. I would recommend highly. Dubrovnik is a nice town but there are nice restaurants in the neighbourhood as well.

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Wow. An amazing place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and truly a unique find. The house itself is no frills and nothing overly special, but it was perfectly adequate. However, you book this place for the location. We spent hours on our private dock relaxing. A few things to note, the inlet you are in is semi private. There are 4 houses, but one of the houses it’s right next door. Like just a few meters. You even share driveway part of the staircase down to the sea. Another family was staying there and they were friendly, quiet, and respectful. But you will interact briefly if it’s also booked as it’s so close. But it’s so wonderfully peaceful. I would 100% stay here again. I was truly in awe staring at the sea everyday. I’ve stayed in many many many airbnbs over the years, but this one was magical.

Petit hâvre cette maison au bord de l’eau, accessible par un escalier, avec ponton privé, BBQ, terrasses au calme. Restaurants et supérette à 600 m. Très bon accueil (à distance) de Frano. Tout est propre, comme neuf, clair, logement très agréable. Superbe île avec son parc national et ses lacs salés, ses îlots. Nous recommandons.

A wonderful host and a great place to stay!!

Words can’t describe the amazing House Nika… it simply needs to be experienced! Amazing location, I was looking for a place to rest and recharge, this is exactly what House Nika offered. We didn’t have a car, but walked into the village for dinner on a few nights, the local people friendly and welcoming. We didn’t venture much further, we really didn’t need to! Appreciated the contact from Ana mid way through, though we had everything we needed. An absolute treasure of a find… thank you 🤗

Upea ympäristö ja ystävällinen majoittaja. Keittiössä ei ole pöytäkalustoa, mikä on hyvä huomioida jos aikoo tehdä ruokaa sisätiloissa. Ulkona katoksen alla on hyvä pöytäkalusto. Ostimme uuden leipäveitsen, jolla sai leipää leikattua , pannun voisit uusia itse 😀 Ei paljon upeammin voi päiväänsä aloittaa, kun juoden kahvia kosken pauhussa ja lintujen konserttia kuunnellen.

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We absolutely loved the apartment and the gorgeous gardens. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities and when a huge storm hit we were so grateful for Netflix. The apartment is perfect with lovely finishing touches and we used the kitchen daily. We wished we could have stayed longer as we slept so well. It’s an easy walk to the supermarket and beach which we did often. Would love to come back one day and spend a week. Thank you to the wonderful hosts who have put so much effort into this little piece of paradise.

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ich traue mich fast gar nicht, eine so gute Bewertung abzugeben, da sonst die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigt, dass die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist, wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen wollen 🙈 Die 4 Wochen, in Lukas Apartment waren echt super schön! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super und Luka ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host! Es gab sogar ein Willkommens-Leckerli für unseren Hund, der die Fußbodenheizung in der Küche sehr genossen hat 😊 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! PS: das WLAN ist sogar weitaus schneller, als Luka es angibt.

First of all I’d like to thank the hosts for everything they have done for us including giving us local recommendations, helping organising airport transfers and overall being the perfect hosts. The highlight of the place was the views surrounding and how tranquil and peaceful the surrounding was. We also got the best value for money boat tour from them around the surrounding islands with drinks included. Thank you Anita, it’s a must stay.

Station de bus proche du logement qui permet de se rendre facilement à Dubrovnik afin d'éviter la galère du stationnement pour la voiture et le prix qui aurait été honnereux. We loved our stay! The standalone house is near the beach, though we mostly visited others nearby. The two bedrooms were great—one with twin beds and a sea view, the other with a king bed facing a peaceful garden. The place was spotless and well-equipped with a washer, dishwasher, and a cozy kitchen. We especially enjoyed the two terraces—one sunny with a sea view and the other shady overlooking the garden. The hosts were amazing, especially during the hurricane. We had a wonderful time and made great memories. Thank you!

Tako lokacija kot apartma sta presegla naša pričakovanja. Apartma sodobno opremljen in izredno čist. Ima vso oziroma celo več opreme kot jo pričakuješ za robinzonske počitnice. Zasebna plaža in lokacija apartmaja nudita zasebnost in mir, da se lahko spočiješ. Cesta je res slabša vendar tako mora biti, saj drugače bi bila lokacija preveč obiskana in z veliko turistov s čemer bi izgubila svoj čar. Malden in Momir sta izredno prijazna in vedno priskočita na pomoč v kolikor kaj potrebuješ kakor tudi z nasveti. Imeli smo se noro lepo in škoda, da je vse tako hitro minilo 😄.

The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, lots of clean towels, dishes, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the exit leads directly to the beach. There are also two private sun loungers and a umbrella, which greatly simplifies your stay in high season. The balcony offers an amazing view. Svitlana was kind and helped with everything. It is also important that there is a private parking space. We will definitely come back, дякуємо!
