Vacation rentals with a patio in Prvić Šepurine

Ante picked us up from the bus station which was very appreciated. He was responsive with any queries prior to and during our stay. The apartment and everything was clean and new. Lovely decor as per the photos. Lots of storage space. TV in both bedrooms and living room. Great flatscreen TV in lounge. It was a great location. We walked to the old town and restaurants most days (about 20 minutes) with a local grocery shop and Lidl close by. I joined local gym and we found lovely local coffee / drinks bar ‘The Bar’. Both fab. Felt very safe. We found Ubers easy to get and use. Zadar is a beautiful place and Antes place is a great place to stay. We would absolutely return.

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. Perfect family home. highly recommend! big thank you to the host!

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

A very nice welcome, we only spent one night but we will go back without a problem and we recommend it! In the morning we were able to have lunch on the terrace, with a cat and birds it was very nice and peaceful. The place is good for two, everything is well appointed, functional and clean. Ideally located to make Krka Park the next day. Thank you again for the late welcome because of the delay in our flight. Perfect stay.

We stayed 5 night and the place was great. It is about 30 min walk to the old town, there is a supermarket 1min walk and bigger one 13 min walk. The place is great and has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and Matea thought about all small details such as as mosquito coils and candles. There is outdoor space with table and chairs under olive tree which is great for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay again.

It was a week-long stay, in the condo as we imagined with the amenities listed, very good neighborhood located to easily access and get out on the road with the car, parking in front of the fully free apartment Ana offers is also added a lot. We had the best time in Zadar and Luka and Leti really helped with that. The flat is lovely, super clean, great light and view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is in a peaceful alleyway and less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts were super responsive and even sent us great recommendations for things to do during our stay, great tips for places to eat, the best nearby beaches and nice sightseeing in the area. We loved every minute! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back. Thank you so much Luka.

Very welcoming and hospitable host who is interested in making us as guests feel welcome. We have nothing to point out on our 10 days stay than we wish the water was a little closer. -it could easily be solved by driving in Uber. The house and the host get our warmest recommendations.

We never had a better experience than with Sanja! She is so helpful and we are really thankful for her welcoming. We felt like we are at home, so we enjoyed the wonderful house to the fullest. Our dog Louie also enjoyed playing with her dog Bura and we are sure, that he will miss her. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything.

We had a great time throughout the stay. The place is beautiful and clean and located very close to the center. It had all amenities that are mentioned in the description. The place could use better wifi for streaming.

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

We had an amazing stay here. Beds really comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. We were able to check in early to coincide with our flight. Old town is in walking distance or a short taxi ride. Would definitely coo ok e back again!

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

I would recommend the place to everyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk. Nearby is the promenade on the beach bars and restaurants were, you could also take dogs everywhere. Value for money was great

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!

I can’t say enough about Kristina and her Mom. They welcomed my family with treats for the kids and a cold beer for myself. The place was amazing and the view even better. If you’re reading this review and thinking of booking the apartment don’t hesitate. Great restaurants within walking distance and the ocean directly across the road. We had such a great time.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was super clean, it was even bigger than it looked in the photos. It was well equipped, we found anything we needed and even more. Also the location was great - few minutes walk from the beach and marina where you can find many restaurants. The communication with Dario was flawless too.
