What a lovely way to wake up to the view of Lac Leman from your bed (after you pulled up electric shutters that guarantee uninterrupted sleep)! And it's not only the view, the whole estate is beautiful - the park, the building, the lobby, the apartment obviously. It's a historic building, you have to love it, but all modern comforts are there and working. The hosts are very kind and helpful. If you don't arrive by car, it's a 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre, a sloping road to the lake, but I (not very sporty) managed well and even started to enjoy the uphill walks. The estate is really quite and peaceful, but there are nice bars and restaurants just "down the hill", by the lake. Lovely two nights, already want to come back.

We enjoyed the apartment and its excellent location very much. The apartment is super furnished, stylish and clean; the balcony overlooking the lake ideal for the little aperitif. We never saw host Nicolas, but he always responded quickly to our questions, very kind and accommodating. If we should spend a few days in Evian again, this apartment would be our first choice.

Our stay at Gilles’ Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The location was beautiful, with a grocery store and a stunning waterfront just a short one- to two-minute walk away, making everything incredibly convenient. The home itself was spotless, offering an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. Gilles provided a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, which made cooking easy and eliminated the need to purchase any additional supplies. The coffee machine was a great touch, saving us from frequent café visits—though for those who prefer to grab a coffee out, a café is just a minute away. From the moment we requested the Airbnb, Gilles responded immediately, ensuring a seamless booking process. The space was warm, cozy, and even featured a lovely balcony that added to the overall charm. Our experience here was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking this location for your next stay. I will definitely be returning soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Nyon. It was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the view of the lake was stunning. The location is perfect—right in the historic center, close to everything. The hosts were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay of a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well appointed, comfortable, just what it takes to feel good at 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night:-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, just a short walk away and easy at any age, restaurants and supermarkets nearby ... in short... nothing to complain about... happiness:-)

Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

As soon as I arrived, I was able to enjoy a self check-in process, perfectly explained by Steve, which made the check-in very smooth. The apartment is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing and relaxing. The view is simply amazing, offering a breathtaking panorama that makes every moment spent here special. Great location, and parking was a bonus in Evian-les-Bains. Only thing I would have liked would have been a brighter centre light in the bedroom.

Great place with an stunning view and setting. I really enjoyed the village location and the proximity of the train station and highway. The vineyards around are sooo beautiful and there is so much to do around! The apartment is super spacious and for four of us offered a lot of room. Would love to stay there again.
