Very good condition and recommended apartment, clean, modern, well cared for and fully equipped for a quiet stay, Nancy responds and attends immediately, if we return to Pucon for sure we will take it with her.

Claudio's hospitality was very good, the apartment complied with everything indicated and the view from the balcony to the forest is impressive, tremendous tranquility, the apartment is very well equipped and modern, fully recommended without a doubt!

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

A very good apartment, fully equipped, clean and tidy. Very cozy, which makes you feel right at home, and also with all the relevant amenities. The host is very friendly, respectful and precise regarding questions and instructions. They highlighted the things that the place had, in case you needed something, it was there (coffee, tea, salt, etc.) and also highlighted the location of the apartment, it has beautiful views, a very quiet area and a beautiful pool to enjoy. A very good experience and without a doubt if we return to Pucón, we would be delighted to return to this apartment. 100% recommended.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, so it met all our expectations. Very nice facilities and common areas, where we had a great time as a family... As for Karla, we would like to point out that she is a great host who was always ready to address all our concerns. In conclusion, it is a 100% recommended place.

very comfortable apartment 15 minutes from downtown walking, with everything you need, the balcony is a very wide point apart, with an incredible view, sound of water, ideal for relaxing. Paulina very good host, I help us both in the check-in and check-out times and she was very attentive

A nice cosy apartment, well equipped and clean. View is not of the City as described but another apartment building and the pool. Maria communicated very well and was very helpful in sorting out an issue with the wifi (there is none now). Recommended for your Pucon stay.

The place is beautiful, the conservation of its native forest, the cabin is very spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness was impeccable, we were 5 days well enjoyed, the best was the jacuzzi. we really enjoyed family. The hostess is very friendly and nice, always willing to help and gave us many tips on activities to do and where to eat. Highly recommended!!

The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically what you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the jar on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.
