Okkk first i want to say…Andres was the perfect host! He helped me in every way possible! I booked this beautiful place hours before my arrival! He made sure i was able to have a place to stay during my 4 day vacation! He was very responsive & very fast! I would not lie this home is perfect! The home is beautiful! You will love everything about it! My favorite part of the home is the view! Being able to walk down the pier & sit & watch the ocean! & it’s very private! So it’s only your view! I loved the hammock by the ocean! It was amazing & so beautiful! The pool was also one of my favorites! The home was very very clean it smelled good i felt right at home! The home has balconies so you can also enjoy the view coming from the bedroom! The master bedroom has a hammock out its balcony as well! I loved it soooo much! I’m going to tell you now BOOK THIS HOME! You will love it just like we did! 10/10 10 star stay! Andres is the best THANK YOU FOR BEING THE PERFECT HOST!

Very happy with the stay in the house, it is a house really to relax in a quiet and family atmosphere, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit to Mexico, and much of it we owe it to Xochitl and her beautiful home. From the first moment, we were greeted with unparalleled warmth, making us feel right at home. Her hospitality and attention were exceptional: always attentive to every detail and willing to help us with whatever we needed. The house is simply lovely: clean, comfortable, with cozy decor and a quiet atmosphere that invited you to rest. Each corner reflected the affection and care with which it is maintained. It was the perfect place to relax after our days exploring Mexico. We are deeply grateful to Xochitl for making our trip an even more special experience. Would definitely go back!

We loved this place so much! The pool was a highlight! Everything was clean and felt so private and secure. We felt so safe here and slept comfortably. It is amazing that it is right next to a grocery store! Literally, right next to it, we walked right over several times.

Great Airbnb in Cancun! The location is good because it’s close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and you’re in a neighborhood that feels safe to walk around in. There’s an AWESOME taco place a couple blocks away. The best part about this Airbnb is the host! Gabriel was so kind and helpful and made it easy for me to navigate Cancun as a solo traveler.

We loved our stay at Raul’s. The apartment is spacious, the neighbours were very welcoming, and the bedding was so comfortable. The security is great; multiple locked entry points before accessing the apartment. We used Raul’s recommended contact for transfer to and from the airport for smooth arrival and departure. The transfer was very communicative and we felt very safe and cared for. Note: -the pool does not get much sun as it’s between concrete buildings, it was mostly shaded & not heated so we did not end up using it -Physical keys must be used to access the apartment and only one set are given; so this could potentially be difficult if you’re travelling with a group who is on different schedules as we were Overall we loved it, felt super safe, and had an amazing vacation :)

I rented the property for a second time for some friends and they were very comfortable, the apartment has all the amenities as indicated. The communication with the host is always very friendly and when they needed something she was always attentive to support them. Thank you very much for welcoming you.

Stephanie’s casita was a great spot for the night before our flight out of CUN. She met us upon arrival, and took the time to walk us thru the property (including a tour of their beautiful gardens). Bed was comfy, and unit itself was cute and well maintained. We were able to find a nice restaurant and a bakery with the host’s direction. Great little family (met Stephanie’s mom) run property. Uber from this location to catch our flight was ~ $7 USD/10 minute drive.

This apartment was incredibly clean, and Nairobel was very responsive and clear about how to access the community and get inside. We had zero issues during our stay. The space is large and has everything you could possibly need. Also dog friendly! The only thing is that it's in a private community, so it's very peaceful and private, but there's not a lot within walking distance in terms of food/the Oxxo/etc unless you walk along a busy road. So you definitely need a car if you're going to stay here. Otherwise it's perfect!

The place is well located! Everything is walkable, there is a grocery store nearby, pharmacy and everything you need. You can cook easily, do some laundry and enjoy the sun by the pool. The beach and the hotel zone are like 20 minutes away by car. For all the men out there; there is a wonderful barbershop in the little shopping center called El Taller! Just give it a try!! If you like street food, you will be pleased at night! The best Al Pastor is at Taqueria El Paisa! Thank you for having our family!

Martha was away my week but her daughter was filling in . I loved everything about the place . Would have loved a bigger pool can’t exactly swim in the cocktail pool but you can go in and cool off would be perfect for kids ! Her Airbnb is super cute ! I was able to have local friends come visit and just hang out ! And the dogs omg her dogs are the cutest ! She allowed me to let them out and they stayed with me the whole time I loved it ! I will 100% return again !

We stayed at Margot’s place in the lead up to Christmas. It was a great location with off street parking, quite a big place with nice comfy beds, great washing machine and dryer and access to a beautiful pool. There was also a Christmas market happening nightly within walking distance, which my kids really enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

We loved our 5 nights on Isla Mujeres! The apartment is located on the Caribbean side of the island about in the middle which made it easy to either travel north or south to explore. The concierge, Chema, was always super helpful. He met us to let us in to the apartment and answer any questions, and he was always available to order taxis for us to get around the island or back to the ferry terminal for our trip home. The apartment is in a quiet location on a dead-end street, and there are little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were on the second floor. The pool is only accessible to the ground floor apartment, and there isn't any beach access right in front of the building, but you can walk a few minutes to the closest beach or take a taxi to a beach club or the Playa Norte. We also loved our excursion to Isla Contoy! Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, very quiet and nice host!

English review for all my gringos and gringas. This is a great little place with good value for money if you're looking for a more authentic Cancun experience! Only a couple minor issues keep it from total perfection. Cons: -The boiler isn't really big enough for two people unless you shower very quickly. Would likely be fine for one, but the hot water runs out after ~12 min. -We had some issues with the internet, but Isaac was very responsive and active in resolving them as soon as possible. -As you can see, the place is a bit far from the beaches - but it's shown accurately in the listing and it's very close to a bus stop for the R2 that will take you there. Pros: -It's HUGE, and has a great living-room area with a big TV. -Very well-stocked kitchen. -Close to both Chedraui and Soriana for groceries. -The bed is big and comfortable. -Two powerful and quiet working A/Cs. -The neighborhood is very quiet at night. -Isaac is VERY attentive, quick to respond, and accommodating!

Lisa's home is a perfect location on the island. We wanted a peaceful, beautiful, private place on the ocean and this is it! The location is right in the middle of the island far enough away from the busy north but only a short ride to it on a golf cart or you can walk to town in about 20 minutes. There is also a bus you can ride as well. The beach is rocky but you can still walk along it to a small half-moon-shaped beach only a few houses down. We took morning and evening walks. It was wonderful to fall asleep and wake to the sound of the waves. The house has everything you need. It looks exactly like the photos. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a blender for morning smoothies and a frozen cocktail in the evening. We rented a golf cart which can be pricy but it gave us the freedom to tour the whole island, head into town for dinner, shop and find spots to snorkel. The home is a bit pricier than other places but worth it. I highly recommend Lisa's home!

Everything was great the only thing is security is very strict just make sure you inform the host about transportation and Uber eats ahead of time so you don’t have any issues
