Apartment for up to 4 people with a terrace overlooking the sea

The apartment is a single room (34m2 without the terrace), with a separate entrance, accessed by an outdoor staircase. It has a large private wooden terrace, with a nice ocean view and a hammock. The bathroom is very spacious, the kitchenette is equipped with a fridge (with freezer), a 4-burner stove, a rice cooker, a coffee maker and a kettle, everything you need for your stay. The WiFi connection is very good quality, ideal for people who work online. Very safe.

It's located in a totally safe private development, the ideal place to relax and get away from the noise of the city, enjoy the exclusive beach of Mirador San José, and its common areas, swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer, and more. Our house is fully equipped to make you feel at home. In the outdoor area we have a barbecue, swing-type chairs, and a beautiful garden.

Beach house 100 meters from the sea with direct view. Three bedrooms with full bathroom and air conditioning, swimming pool, wood grill, hammock cabin, high-speed WIFI, hot water and all the amenities. I have my own guardian who will ensure safety and basic needs such as cleaning the pool, plants and any requirements regarding the operation of the property. Close to many tourist places and good restaurants.

Our mini-suite is a space with all the basics to enjoy the beach. It has a small equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with hot water, a sleeping area and an outdoor area with dining table, hammock and barbecue all overlooking the central garden. Located on the ground floor next to our orchard, it is in a separate cabin within our small hostel.
