The house is located in a nice and quiet tourist complex in the center of Puerto del Carmen with private parking. There are 2 swimming pools with sea view and sunbeds. It's located a few minute walk from the city center, market, bars, restaurants, nightlife and 10 minutes from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with the possibility to disconnect to 2 singles and one with a double bed above and a single bed below. The house has WIFI and smart-satellite TV and is 50 sqm.

Cute little house, right in front of the sea! Very quiet, nestled in a peaceful hamlet. On the 1st, the bedroom and terrace have very nice views of the sea, volcanoes and salt flats! Downstairs, there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 (see photos!). Several corners to sit for breakfast, aperitif, snacking, chatting or reading! And lots of info about the island! Casa El Jardín de Tias is a small house next to our house, with a separate entrance. It has two rooms and a bathroom. There is also a covered terrace where you can eat overlooking the garden, and another hammock and relaxation area in the shade of a bougainvillea.

A typical Canarian house built by our grandparents built by our grandparents in 1950 and restored in 2015. It is located in a very quiet area of the island and very accessible to everything. The views are breathtaking as are the surroundings.
