Safe, cozy and very nice apartment. It's within a condominium, which gives you a huge sense of security. Outside of this recital, there's easy to access, and business.

The place is very nicely located, very close to the waterfront and restaurants to eat. There are some construction work on the first floor, but it doesn't bother at all, although it has little noise insulation on the walls so it felt the noise from the next room. Outside of that, all good.

Beautiful place! Wonderful view! Too bad the building's boiler was damaged just when I was staying, but they didn't take long to fix it and I was able to spend my last few nights warm☺️. I loved the place! I will definitely stay at this place every time I return to Puerto Montt.

A great little apartment.

The apartment was great and in a perfect location in puerto varas. Paulina was very helpful with the check in process and was responsive to any communication we had. She helped put us in contact with a tour guide who was fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay if you are going to Puerto Varas.

Miguel Ángel's apartment is a great option for families with children, it's comfortable and spacious. The host was in touch when needed, and shared a very useful guide to get around Puerto Varas. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy and very well equipped to cook and eat if you don't want to go out. Very nice neighborhood and views of the city. We took advantage of it as much as we could. Thank you!

Everything excellent 👌 Alfonso is very kind and very clear with the instructions. The accommodation, clean and comfortable, with everything you need to stay. I was in town for work issues and the apartment has a comfortable space to work with very good quality Internet.

We stayed in María José's apartment and we loved it! this is the second time we have stayed in her apartment and the truth that we will come back without hesitation every time we go to Puerto Montt. The area is super safe and quiet. The apartment is impeccable and comfortable.
