The condominium is located at the Sonoran Sun Resort on Sandy Beach, a very desirable spot with fine white sand and relatively calm waves. Shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful.

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.
