The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Two large double beds, one of them at a different height and all in an open space. See photos. I don't think you'll find anything better located and better value for money.

Totally refurbished apartment, placed in first line off the beach in playa de Victoria. All kind of services in the surroundings. The building has a janitor, and you can take the bus just in front to visit city center. There is a parking a few meters away (not included).
