Maybe the nicest neighborhood in the city. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is recommended. It can improve the security of the door although the neighborhood can be noticed that it is quiet, to the point that the children play and leave their bikes in the lanes, the street where the house is does not have a lot of traffic due to not having a way out, it rests very well and you have everything very close at the same time.

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

Beautiful apartment, very conveniently located, close to two supermarkets and the center of Pto. Varas. Everything was very clean and organized. Marcela is very kind, and was willing to move the check-in time for our comfort. It is a fair and ideal space for 2-3 people; I would definitely come back and totally recommended!!

We went 3 to get to know the city and surroundings, we were Ubered since the hike for my mother was difficult, because of the inclination of the lanes on the hill. It is a very peaceful place, the apartment has everything, including drinks, snacks, so as not to go out and buy right away. We slept very well the beds are a luxury, everything seems new in the apartment. I recommend it. I looked at choosing this place for my family. Grazie Marcos, por todo.

Daniel excellent host . He responds quickly and I help us with restaurant facts that were open in Easter. The Depto is cozy and well decorated, clean and tidy. He describes it perfectly . It is well located and also the condominium has a cafeteria that is quite good .

Great location in Puerto Varas, very close to the center, about 200 meters only, on the main road from Chagada to city. The appartment is great, well equipped and quiet. Next to the condominium there are practically 2 supermarkets, and after these already begin the downtown area, where you can walk through the main points by walking. For Check-in, Enrique provided a lot of information. A special attention is for those who go by car, the entrance of the garage is down the back street of the condominium (as reported by Enrique), but the post check-in communication left to be desired... Some questions were not answered, as if it were not important to give us the answer, however little.

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and facilitate everything when arriving. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate you guiding us with some activities that we did in our stay. The surroundings of the apartment is very quiet and with beautiful views. In the vicinity there are very good restaurants. I would definitely be back next time.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

Great place. Great view of the volcanoes. Totally worth the price. Ale is very responsive and is a great host. Would highly recommend this place. We had 5 people and there was plenty of room. Also, the workout room and the laundry are nice and easy to use. Very close to restaurants, local supermarket, etc.

Excellent location, supermarket 1 block away. Combis going to Puerto Montt, Ensenada, Petrohue, all about 1-2 blocks away. Exchange houses, shops. The excellent depto! Highly recommend.
