Located in the heart of the old quarter, everything is on foot, the port, the shops, the small cobbled streets. The accommodation was absolutely impeccable and Audrey even provided us with two baby cribs for the children. Extremely responsive in her communication, we have no negative comments. The terrace, although it does not have an unobstructed view, remains highly appreciable.

Excellent stay. Quiet, bright and well-equipped accommodation. The host was very helpful. A great view from the balcony, time stops instantly. The environment is beautiful and easily accessible. Fishing, walks, canoeing, paddleboarding, there's no shortage of activities nearby. The restaurants are nice, the neighbors warm and courteous. We will be back!!

Well-equipped accommodation, well located because close to the port and its restaurants, 5 min walk to the beach, and close to hiking departures. All in a peaceful area. Nice welcome too. we recommend

Best view ever! Extremely clean! Two views of the ocean!! Well decorated. You can hear and see the waves from the whole house. A little hard to use public transit (30 min walk if you can’t find an Uber). So incredibly peaceful. Next to some bars and restaurants.

We were looking for a haven of peace to spend the weekend with friends, the villa was perfect for that! Surrounded by nature and perfectly equipped, we had a great weekend. Magdeleine is at the top, welcoming and very flexible. Thank you for everything

We had a lovely stay. Amazing views of Hyères. Very well located, 5-10min from any facility by car. A very well equipped house. Olivier was very responsive when needed.

Catherine was the perfect host, lovely to chat to and super helpful, her apartment was enchanting, very French and equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside area was particularly pretty with lots of seating under the canopy of an old olive tree. The area was pretty quiet and within walking distance of Seyne sur Mere town with it's harbour, bustling markets and coffee shops. The beautiful beaches of Sablettes, Verne and Fabregas all within walking distance or a short bus ride. The whole area was very clean with good public transport. Will definitely return.

Great stay in a beautiful and very well-equipped house. Perfect for a family trip, even with a baby: baby bed, bath towels, everything was provided. The exterior is superb, with a hot tub. No complaints, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the touches (Christmas decorations, tree)

Great apartment, well-equipped, in a beautiful residence. The view from the apartment is beautiful, a real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning. And in the evening we get the sunset, it's great.

We had a lovely week at Thierry and Pasquale’s cozy apartment. In the 3rd week in August, to be so close to a beautiful, clean beach, that wasn’t too full, was a real treat, it’s less than a 3 min walk. The apartment has everything you need including plenty of soft towels and fresh linen to make your stay comfortable. We had dinner on the private balcony quite a few times with a gorgeous view of the park, trees & port in the distance, and there was a little supermarket, bakery & a few restaurants just 5 minutes away. Also within easy walking distance was the busy port which had lots of restaurants to choose from. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking for a peaceful beach holiday with everything close to the apartment. One extra thing that gave me joy were all the lovely plants and gardens of the apartment complex, so well maintained and pretty. Thank you Thierry & Pasquale for a wonderful week.

Accommodation within the Pierre et Vacances residence, very pleasant and very well-equipped. Jean-Daniel is very responsive. Note that there are 2 bathrooms with toilets, which was not explicitly described, a nice surprise! Beach 2 steps away with sun loungers, beautiful small private pool in the subdivision Very quiet. (I specify that we were there at the end of October, with magical weather for the season) Hyeres, the Giens peninsula and the islands to visit are magical but I prefer them in low season, in summer it must be very complicated (traffic jams I imagine), so bring your bikes!

The apartment is very nice and functional, everything necessary is available and of good quality. The balcony is great, views of the countryside including horses and donkeys in the pasture. A shop right around the corner that is also open on Sundays. Beach within walking distance, also a very nice way there. The heating was on upon arrival, the apartment warm, everything clean and tidy. Anytime again! ...

The accommodation offered was impeccable, the full amenities, the very quiet environment, and the hosts very friendly... in short, I highly recommend this accommodation.

We felt comfortable at the place, the host was very friendly and gave us tips for activities. The apartment has everything you need. You can easily reach the beaches on foot and the parking is right outside the door 🙂👍
