With a nice veranda where you can enjoy the whole afternoon under the sun.😎 The cottage is located on recreation area “the Golden Ham” (100m), here you can bike, hike, hike, swim, swim, sail, sail, boat, water sports, etc.

Maasbommel is gelegen in het prachtige landelijke Land van Maas en Waal in recreatiegebied De Gouden Ham, aan de Maas. Hier kun je fietsen, wandelen, zwemmen, bootje huren, uit eten, bowlen, watersporten etc. De voormalige koeienstal is nu een sfeervolle ruimte met royale slaapkamer, inloopdouche, zithoek, tv, volledig uitgeruste keuken. Ons appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de grote tuin. Naast de eigen opgang staat een tuintafel met stoelen om heerlijk in de zon te genieten.

The Rectory with attached St. Willibrorudus Church is located in the center, near the dike with behind it the beautiful floodplains and the river Waal. The Pastor is a spacious and cozy apartment upstairs in the Presbytery. Renovated in 2023/2024 and ready for guests to enjoy The Rectory and its beautiful surroundings. There is also a shared, cozy and spacious and backyard.

Within walking distance is the Blue Room, the Grebbeberg and a number of fantastic walking/cycling routes along the Waal and Rhine. Also a number of cozy restaurants including ‘t Veerhuis (200m away). You have access to a large part of the garden with lounge area. And possibly in the morning a Betuwe breakfast in the garden or in the room.

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
