This delightfully atmospheric, over a hundred-year-old small cottage invites you to stop in a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in the presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summer time, the cottage's attic also has sleeping arrangements for three. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

An excellent choice for a holiday or business trip. Note! The nearest shop or restaurant is not just around the corner, so bring your own food and delicacies – here you can enjoy your own peace.

Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Near my place, Salpausselkä geopark 4 km, Messilä ski resort 5 km, Okeroinen riding stable, bus stop 1.3 km, nearest shop about 2 km. Okeroinen mill 1 km, cycling terrain from the front door. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Unique apartment in the Old Village School

Come and enjoy the peace of the countryside in a log-framed village school built in 1933. You'll be able to stay in a former folk school teacher's apartment. The bedrooms are for five, but if you want, you'll get a crib, as well as extra mattresses, there's 60m2 of space. You also have the option to sauna in an atmospheric wood-burning yard sauna. You can rent the pool for a separate surcharge. Welcome!

Beautiful villa by the sea

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 10th until October 19th in 2025.
