The apartment is located in our residential building and can be reached via a separate staircase. You can walk to buy things for breakfast (rolls, milk, cold cuts). Supermarkets can be reached in minutes (by car). Connection from Königsdorf (3 km): S12, S13, S19 - Cologne main station - 16 minutes

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. The living room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are available.
