Failure to do so may result in cancellation. If you put 1 guest and you're coming with more, the place will only be setup for 1 guest for supplies. If you want early check in before 2pm, please make sure your booking includes the night before. We cannot accommodate an earlier check in than 2pm.

This listing is a mother-in-law type suite with its own bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. One parking space in the two-car garage is included. The laundry room next to the garage is shared with other guests. Laundry detergent is provided free of charge. The apartment has its own entrance at the front of the house, plus an optional entry door from the garage. All utilities, including high speed internet, are included. NO PETS, NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.
