Vacation rentals with a patio in Punta Arenas

Very new apartment with stove, oven, fridge, new microwave. Large comfortable bed. The only downside is the water pressure which is sometimes very low. We are very happy with our stay.

Great place, centrally located in a peaceful environment, very clean and equipped with most essentials. Would stay again.

Our stay was excellent. The place has a warmth that makes you feel at home, and the layout of the spaces is ideal for groups of more than three people. We were able to enjoy private areas for each, as well as comfortable common spaces to share. The appliances and utensils are of very good quality, with details that really facilitate a daily routine. In our case, we work remotely without inconvenience as the space is adequate and the internet connection was stable and fast. The location is unbeatable: a quiet area, with cafes and restaurants nearby, and a few blocks from the shopping area, but without the noise of constant movement. We were able to walk everywhere. Rodrigo was a great host. He was always attentive to the details, maintains a smooth communication, and if he doesn't have an immediate response, he takes care of resolving any situation quickly. Definitely a highly recommended experience. ¡

Pato was very quick to respond. we requested the place very late and told him we'd be arriving at midnight. place was very nice and comfortable and a perfect spot to crash and get some sleep. I recommend!

We loved staying here! The views were amazing and the privacy was lovely. There were lots of cute dogs around and horses out in the field. We loved using the hot tub and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We will be staying here again!
