Parking, Wi-Fi, alarm system, outdoor grill and shopping (small grocery store and bakery about 150 m) are available. No additional electrical appliances are allowed except cell phones and laptops. In the cold season, we provide a gas stove. The price of consumption is not included in the rent.

The economical wood-burning stove gives the final touch for those cool nights. No parties or pets allowed.
