We are close to Downtown Durango with family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, close to the airport and endless adventures. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, comfy beds, and spacious atmosphere with total privacy if you want it. Crystal (matriarch of the fam) knows Durango inside and out! She's a native and loves people. We also have one indoor / outdoor cats named Chess.

This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. River access is available for paddle boarding the Animas River. You have the spaciousness of being in the country but are less than 5 minutes from the best pizza in town. The Animas City River Trail bike path is directly accessible from the property. A barbecue, an outdoor fire pit, a lit up recreation area and a hot tub are all part of the experience! Seasonally, we have an organic vegetable garden and outdoor yard games as well! Cookie and Kareem, our mini donkey and fainting goat, are here to welcome you!

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
