Nice place to stay, especially for group. Ada di dalam kompleks perumahan yang aman dan nyaman, juga dekat ke tempat2 hits di sekitarnya. Yang paling bikin nyaman karena tempat ini bersih. Pak Jati is a very responsive and kind host. Semoga ada kesempatan lain bisa menginap di tempat ini lagi.

Nia's place was great, everything clean, quite a roomy apartment and the small balcony good for fresh air.

beautiful and spacious. feels serene & peaceful. it was an enjoyable stay with my family. pool is beautiful but as weather is cool, the water temperature gets cool too. will be better if the top floor room's rain shower can be fixed as some water outlets were not working, while some had too strong water pressure. I had to go to basement level's room to shower instead. you can choose 1 type of breakfast for the whole family, and the staff will also prepare tea time snacks. we love the chicken porridge and black glutinous rice. the live-in staff stays in the basement level kitchen, so if U need help, they are easily available, yet you still have privacy in the house. use Google translate as the staff cannot speak English. the top floor bedroom is huge, with another area where U can sit on floor mat with a low table. basement bedroom has direct access to the pool, very peaceful to chill in morning and night. overall, we enjoy the stay :)

Terima Kasih Pak David, kami sangat nyaman sekali tinggal di vila nya. suasana nya tenang, nyaman dan view nya bagus banget terlihat gunung tangkuban perahu. vilanya juga bersih, perlengkapan memasak dan bbq juga lengkap. recomend banget buat keluarga atau acara kantor dengan kapasitas 10-15 orang.

I would recommend Nathanael's place for a family or a group of friendd visiting or meeting up in Bandung. Here is why: 1) Nathanael is a great host. Helpful, friendly and responsive. I told him I like bird watching and the next morning I was on the back of his motorbike heading to a tower to look for eagles. He recommended we visit a traditional tofu maker just up the road, which was fascinating 2) Great property. It's an old house that feels very at home in its surroundings. Table tennis got a lot of use (balls and bats provided), as did the hammock. Excellent veranda for outdoor dining, drinking coffee, reading and, this being Indonesia, smoking. Clean, spacious bedrooms. Hot water. 3) Each morning we got a good breakfast: Chicken porridge and tempeh yellow rice. 4) Location is good. Whilst there is no panoramic view from the balcony (you get the lovely garden instead) nature and views are just a two-minute walk away

Great place for staycation with friends/family. The villa is quite far from mini markets so stock up your groceries before coming. Amenities could be better if each room is provided with bath towels. Villa management was quick to respond when we informed the gas ran out in one of the kitchen. Overall a pleasant stay.

The facilities are very good. Can accommodate up to 15 people. The location is very good for those of you who want to find peace. Very easy to communicate with the owner. There is a standby guard in this house in the basement. Very helpful if you need help. I recommend this place.

Fantastic place to stay. Tama was quick responsive … place fits family gathering one master room down stairs with two living areas, another 3 rooms upstairs with another living area, 3 bathrooms, AC in bedrooms, amazing panoramic view with beautiful garden. Assistant on site was very helpful, but no English so if no Bahasa speaking you need to communicate your needs directly to Tama. Sometimes the water upstairs takes time due to water pressure and high elevation but there was no issues with us. I asked Tama to host a family gathering and he was very helpful and asked assistant to help as possible. Location is great. Lots of street food and grocery stores walking distance and 15 minutes driving to Bandung center. Kitchen has utensils and cookware to use. TV had issues to run but we didn’t really need it. Speaker system was a plus. We enjoyed the decoration and artistic furniture however some cushions needed repair. Again, I do recommend it and would surely come back again and again.

Viewnya cakep, dinginnya manteb, oke banget buat harga segini. Minusnya paling cuma shower di mandi bawah gabisa dipake tanpa ada info sebelumnya. Jadi kamar mandi cuma bisa pake kloset ama westafel aja, gabisa dipake mandi.

I spent a few months in this property with dependable utilities and great comfort. Additional internet connection was provided with reasonable cost and it was superb for work, course, and entertainment. Beyond the unit, the whole apartment should get thumbs up. Its facilities were remarkable while the supporting staffs left memorable services.

Had a great stay! The place was super cozy, clean, and exactly like the pictures. The host was awesome, really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend this spot – I’ll be back for sure!

Tempat yang sangat nyaman dan bersih sesuai dengan yang ada di deskripsi dan gambar. dengan 2 kamar tidur dan 1 kamar mandi serta 1 sofa bed di ruang tengah memberikan ruang yang cukup banyak untuk beristirahat jika kalian datang bersama rombongan teman atau keluarga. Lingkungan sekitar yang sangat nyaman dan strategis mempermudah akses untuk berbelanja dan mengeksplor wisata kecil di sekitar penginapan. Fasilitas yang tersedia juga cukup lengkap, microwave, alat masak dan makan, water heater, tv, semuanya berfungsi dengan baik. Mr. Rob, Host dari tempat ini juga sangat ramah, responsive, dan solutif. Memberikan impresi yang sangat baik. Kemungkinan akan menjadi salah satu opsi terbaik untuk menginap ke depannya. Pak Chrisna Owner yang baik, Kondisi Apartemen dalam keadaan Baik bersih, peralatan tersedia dengan baik dan Lengkap. Ini adalah sewa ke 3x nya ke tempat ini. Kalau boleh Sarannya adalah peralatan terutama piring dan gelas mungkin bisa ditambahkan menjadi 6 piring 6 gelas cukup. Sukses terus

Lokasi nya oke bgt daerah dago jd lumayan kemana2 gak terlalu jauh, space apart nya lumayan besar sesuai sama deskripsi total bisa muat 4-5 orang. Bersih jugaa + lengkap ada kulkas dispenser dll nya. Dan admin nya best bgt baikk barang ku ada yg ketinggalan bisa dikirim lagi ke jkt, kalo rame2 nyari air bnb di bandung bisa bgt masuk rekomendasi!
