Good communication, as in the photos and within walking distance of the paraglide landing, was highly recommended for paragliders! Good wifi, lovely bed and everything available in the kitchen. You'll get new clean towels if you stay longer and have thought about everything.

Exceptional stay!!!!........... Sun, beautiful visits to Venice and apartment could not be more pleasant. There may be a little too many people in Venice on weekends given our age (74). We recommend 200% renting the apartment of Antonio and his wife, you will not be disappointed. The apartment is 5 minutes from the bus stop and 15 minutes after you are in Venice as drivers are not impacted by any speed limit. In addition, the apartment is exempt from tax for visitors because it is licensed, and have been often checked in Venice. We thank Antonio and his wife for their very warm welcome as well as the surprise of the gift when we left. BOGO family from Bordeaux.

It is a spacy apartment with all facilities you may need for a great stay. It was extremely clean even though the furniture is classic. The communication with Ute was excellent. Very reactive and extremely good tips making our stay the best possible way. The one thing that could be improved is the comfort of the bed which was not the best (old), but not a reason to give less than 5 stars for the host, the accommodation and its location. We would recommend this place for anybody that like to enjoy Cortina or for the splendid hikes in the area.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. This is my second time reviewing Giuliana's place. It's a real home, spacious, comfortable and even warm if you go in winter;) You get to the sea or shops in a few minutes, but the location is green and quiet. Giuliana is a perfect host, and we recommend her place to anyone who wants to spend a period of total relaxation in Caorle with family or friends.

Serena's place is perfect. It is very clean, spacious, and very well located with respect to the Venice Mestre station. It's five minutes walking, you can go to Venice easily and to other places in the Veneto region. Serena is very friendly, friendly and very available. Serena's house is highly recommended!
