So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! Park by your PRIVATE entrance. This spacious suite is quiet with its own Mini Split set . The WIFI is fast and the kitchenette has a full size fridge. I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest when you put in for 2 it will show correct amount. No unauthorized guests. Locals must send an inquiry about your stay before booking. 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Sending a message about your stay is appreciated.

The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
