Located in Satuma FL, the central location for the following WMAs: Dunn Creek WMA: 1.8 miles Caravelle Ranch WMA: 22 miles Lake George WMA : 22 miles Etonia Creek State Forest: 25 miles We provided televisions in every bedroom, board games, & puzzles. Each tv has Netflix, Paramount +, & Movies Anywhere preloaded & ready to watch!

Get your freshwater fishing, swimming, shrimping in nearby and/or visit the beaches/shopping in St. Augustine about an hour away. Pets accepted with a fee. We have THREE rentals on this canal!

Tranquil, uplifting, and surprisingly comfortable. Wake up to the sound of hooves crunching outside your window (and perhaps a pig at your door, hoping for a morning snack). Animal lovers can spend their days exploring the grounds (butterfly garden, shaded trails, and more) and pop into nearby Keystone Heights for a bite to eat, time on the lake, or a round of golf at the local course. Our covered wagon is the perfect spot for a restful, one-of-a-kind Florida getaway!

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
