Welcome to our relaxing, comfortable, quiet, safe home that is perfect for your visit to the university, vacation at the Springs, stay-cation in town, or whatever else brings you to Gainesville. The house is conveniently located in SW Gainesville. Celebration Pointe & Butler Plaza are close, with Starbucks, Target, Chipotle, Whole Foods, Publix, Sephora, Nike Outlet, Cheesecake Factory, Texas Roadhouse, First Watch, and more. There is quick access to 75 as well.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.

This charming cottage is located minutes from downtown Micanopy and only minutes away from a haven for birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts - Payne's Prairie. Also 11 minutes from the Ocala Jockey Club and 30 minutes from HITS Post Time Farm and WEC in Ocala. For culture and great food, Gainesville! You’ll have all the space, comfort and privacy you need. While we love dogs, we do not allow them at the cottage.
