There is a view of Ilulissat Ice Fjord, and from the house you can see both sail out to sea from the nearby harbor. If you are lucky, you can see whales from both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. There is easy access to winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.

The house is fully furnished. one unique and quiet space. Qeqertarsuaq and Disko Island are known for their unique geological formations.
